I kinda wonder now if I made a mistake with the TJ. It's a great rig but I have ALLOT of money in it, so I can't go back now. Don't get me wrong I love my truck it can do anything. But buying a $3000 Truck and putting $10,000 + into it isn't cheap either.

I had an 85 comanche 4x4 long bed for my first truck ever haha it had a 2.8 liter v6 and honestly went threw ANYTHING it was a awesome mudding machine it was the last year AMC owned jeep, I wanted to start modding it but realized how it's custom or nothing. Really miss it too, I blew the motor and it would still run and drive it was such a beast.

The best year models for the Jeep Comanche were 1991 and 92, the last 2 years they were made, they came with the 190 HP 4.0 inline 6, ...from 1987-to-90 the 4.0 inline 6 made only 173 HP in the Comanche.

cherokees had a bad time overheating on the trails, the engin is to close to the motor, a simple cowl induction hood or some sort of hood scoop (one thats actually funtional) will fix the problem like that
