Prohibition is illegal according to our ninth amendment. It is as clear as any law can be when you plug into it the certain right of the "intoxicant" liquor from the other two amendments the 18th and 21st.
"The enumeration in the constitution of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." bor 9
Plug in that certain right "intoxicating liquor" into the ninth and it is clear as can be the DEA is the criminal here.
Do not research the results of experiments with hash oil from cannabis conducted by respected schools Yale university and Stanford on rat brains and in vitro. They did not find powerful anti cancer propterties and nerve growth factor effects from thc. Believe pot makes you stupid even though it has been proven to stimulate brain cell proliferation permanently whilst suppressing vassopresson (short term memory) temporarily. surely this herb does not make you smarter.....
they call us criminals when people sell drugs, but when government does it its just fine. Ignore all the evidence in the public domain that your government "illegally" brings drugs into this country. forget that the CIA has been caught bringing drugs like cocaine into the US. Your government cares about you. This guy is downplaying the importance of this "weed". Its economic impact is suppressed. Don't research the effect THC and Cannabinol have on cancer cells. legal drugs are good for you.
You don't have a Congressman a senator or police department because they all belong to the rich elite police puts our young men and women in jail to support the prison industrial Corporation they use our armies to plunder the world we haven't fought for freedom since World War II we only have mercenaries now that's why no one is concerned about dead soldiers the rich do not care about young men they will kill them for profit
still can't believe that Mr. Big Pharma has not figured that IF drugs were legalized, THEY could introduce their dilaudid, amphetamines, etc. into drug maintanence programs, successfully converting street-drug users into loyal users, and have the spend-happy government subsidize thier investments.
the message he is spreading is another way to demonize drug use. They want the government to control the drug supply itself. "Regulated Drugs" just gave birth to a new type of underground market. It will work, because the government is greedy. Good luck with that folks!
Think about all the money spent annually on illicit drugs - heroin, cocaine, weed, meth, crack, ecstasy. Think about the facilities needed to manufacture these drugs. Think about the distribution and logistics requirements. The whole fucking trade runs like clockwork so you can't fucking tell me that the people in government are trying to stop it. No fucking way man. Not only do they want us taking drugs they want to lock us away for taking them too. They are destroying society deliberately.
The war in Afghanistan is more about controlling the heroin trade and keeping production up than anything else. Yes they took the opportunity to build a pipeline and so on and so forth but believe mt - the primary reason for that invasion was control of the heroin trade. The US did the same with Columbia. Why do you think they gave the Colombian government their old military hardware? To wipe out the drug trade? Not likely. To take control of the trade and wipe out competition? There you go.
There's a fucking Mammoth in the room here folks. Anyone with an ounce of sense can see that legalization brings many benefits with it whereas keeping drugs illegal brings many pitfalls. Anyone. So when you understand this and you then ask "Well why is it the way it is then?" you're left with no other option than to acknowledge the fact that they like it the way it is. Governments around the world install and control the so-called 'drug lords'. Governments control the entire drug trade. Simple.
The government of Canada grows pot, pays the growers $350.00 per ounce, then resells it to medical marijuana patients for $150.00 per ounce plus 14% tax = $168.00 per ounce. It costs one cent ($0.01) to grow. Hmmm? A few years ago there were only about 2,200 patients with a "licence" (HaHa!) to use a medicine. Now there are over 4,800. The licence is irrelevant. Need is paramount for medical reasons. Not to be slandered, called a drug addict, suffering physically, and arrested. Discrimination.
For those that don't know, part 1 and 3 are mixed up. For part 1 go to the 3 of 3 video, while our brothers and sisters at copsaylegalizedrugs correct it.
@djlazlow1 Cannabis Hemp actually has thousands of uses as a fiber, and cannabis if eaten has been proven to kill cancer cells, which im sure your aware of. So cannabis definitely isn't useless. I think the word simple would fit much better. ;)
GREAT Video!!

The drug problem is the prohibition problem.
The economy problem is the grey money problem.
How much are each of us hostage of drug dealers?
