This game is actually fun if you like submarines. For 1 u get used to the 1 torpedo tube. The only bad missions are the ones at the beginning. Anyway if you decide to get this game add me. My g tag is Carpa1Tunn311(no spaces)

@gallant5k its a time killer in my personal opinion, i mainly play Forza 3, but atm my 360 ate poo with the RROD lol, if you like wasting time, and blowing ships out of the water then get it... if your looking for faster action, dont look at this game.

If you enjoyed this you should try the Battlestations series. Battlestations: Midway and Battlestations: Pacific. Both play differently but in both you can play using subs, planes and boats. I like both of them. They are from Eidos.

i agree with alot of the comments here i like sub games and will buy if one is available only get a sub game once every ten years or something like that so i bought this one and i wasn't all that impressed with it but because it is only sub game to come out since battlestation midway and before that there was silent service which i didn't get this one because my pc specs were to low for this game when it came out i recommend battlestations midway over this game but you work with a fleet of ships

Definitely blows 688 Attack Sub out of the water. Except 688 Attack Sub can involve combat across several thermal layers.

Reminds me of 2 games on the ps2, Naval Ops Warship gunner and Warship Gunner 2. Mostly it reminds me of 2 because you could build your own Sumarine and use it in missions. Sweet games.

The speed of that submarine versus the ships is ridiculous - but that's a dumbed down console shooter type game for you, which every genre gets brought down to when consoles are involved! Why do publishers think all console gamers are dumb spotty 12 year olds, when in fact the average console gamer is now in his/her mid 20's and probably wants a bit more meat on the bone!
