in Cerulean city where the gold bridge is there is water to the right. surf on that water once you get off the bridge and youll find the caveee.

@kkdudette You gotta surf to the cave to get there. north of cerulean city... then hang a left. Go down some stairs you'll see a patch of grass. Use surf and follow the river down till u get to the cave. Hope I helped. <3
