  • That's right. David tennant was in his own way an awesome Doctor.

But Matt Smith stands on an even level with him in his own quirky and erratic manner.

  • I really hate it when people criticize the way Matt Smith plays The Doctor. The Doctor's personality is SUPPOSED to change. Not only is that inevitable in any show that goes on for long enough to change lead actors, but it is PART OF THE FUCKING STORY. He's not playing The Doctor "wrong", HE'S PLAYING HIM HIS OWN WAY.

  • YES! we certainly have.

  • This is not to David Tennant fans themselves. This is to the big IDIOTS who say "David Tennant left the show it's not good anymore!" If you say that you are not a doctor who fan, you are a David Tennant fan. Matt Smith is a good doctor but you can't criticize things because they change, change is all what this show is about, by the way this is "Doctor Who" not "The David Tennant Show" Move on!

  • @Samuel24842 Actually when he said that line, it was actually Tennant's voice, the same way the did the fourth doctor's line(would you like a jelly baby?) right before it. He says "no let it go! we've moved on!" because the tenth doctor didn't want to regenerate at the end.

  • Now I love Matt Smith even more! :D

  • I'll be honest, the line "hello, I'm the doctor" sounds NOTHING like David Tennant. Are we sure it's not a different doctor like Peter Davison?...but then Matt's line being "no let it go we've moved on" makes no sense. WHY THIS SCENE MAKE NO SENSE??

  • @Samuel24842 Tennant says it in The Girl in the Fireplace.

Yes, it's sad that we fans know exactly which episode it's from.

  • @caroou92, I've been watching Doctor Who since 1979 - from the Third Doctor on, and I'm with you. Eccleston was the best!

  • But I still love Matt smith

  • NO LET IT GO WE MOVED ON... Me: OH HELL TO THE NO

  • I'm a HUGE Tennant fans (he's my favorite, can't really help it) but I sincerely miss Christopher and I ADORE Matt Smith. All completely fabulous Doctors.

  • I don't care what anyone says. I think Matt is a FABULOUS Doctor!!! :D

  • Just thought I'd bring this up. My friend who got me into Doctor Who, now yells that at me whenever we have a long discussion.

  • I never thought of it that way. I always thought he was talking about Rose. "No, we let it go, we've moved on!" I always imagined him talking about Rose, but this is good too.

  • I think it is a message to the fans, yes. They have nothing to worry about with me. Ten is my favorite, but I accept Matt Smith as the Doctor, and I only hope Twelve's actor will portray the Doctor as well as Matt and David have.

  • Nobody will ever beat Tom Baker.

  • What's funny is that, at first, I didn't even realize he was speaking with David Tennant's voice. I don't care what anyone says, Matt Smith is an excellent follow-up to David Tennant's Doctor. It was a seamless transition--just listen when Matt's Doctor says "Well," as an afterthought to some of his ramblings. Sounds just like Tennant's.

  • What would have been better is if he said Allon-z no no let it go we've moved on

  • Matt is amazing!!

  • "NO LET IT GO,WE'VE MOVED ON!!!"

    tennant fan-girls "STUPID YOUNG IDIOT"

  • Can we please stop the fighting and the bitching over who was better and just enjoy doctor who?!?!?

    Thank you :)

  • ha ha ! :D

  • I wonder which Doctor really said 'No Let It Go We Moved On' because 'Clone' Doctor was just repeating things 1-10 had said in their lives

  • The second line, I can't make out what he's saying. Can someone tell me please?

  • the people complaining about Moffat's direction of the show is rather premature. He's only done two series so far... it'd be unfair to judge all of RTD's era using only Series 1 and 2.

  • @ChocandIce Then you've missed out on some of the best episodes we've had since 2005. You happened to quit just as it was getting good again. I think it might be safe to say that the first couple episodes with a brand new Doctor are always a bit dodgy at best -- doesn't anyone else remember what a horrid episode "New Earth" was?

  • I liked david tennant, but i also liked Eccleston, both bakers, mcoy, hartnell, mcgahn, davidson and all the others....I just lovee doctor who!

  • You people don't get it!

HE REVERSED THE JELLY BABY OF THE NEUTRON FLOW! REALITY WILL NOW COLLAPSE!!

  • My favourite doctors are Tennant, Smith, the first Baker, Davison and Hartnell (in no specific order). Also, my least favourites are the second Baker and Eccleston. But that's just my opinion.

  • I loved David Tennant and and he was definitely my favorite Doctor, but I'm not angry or anything about him being gone. The whole point about the Doctor is that he regenerates when he's about to die. It was going to happen eventually, so no one should really be too upset about it b/c that's just part of the show. Besides, Matt Smith is a wonderful actor and he does the role more than justice. He's different, of course, but that's once again the point of it.

  • @KATIEthePANDAmonkey Oh god, I love 10 fans like you who aren't irrational fan girls. <3

  • @AniDex Haha. Thanks. :) I was a fan of the show before I was a fan of any specific Doctor, so I don't see the point in getting too upset. I think the people who do just get attached to one actor too much and forget the other reasons they liked the show to begin with.

  • The only problem I had wth Tennant is that the writers made him too human. Smith brings back the whole alienness of the Doctor, like the Doctors of old. And he wears a bowtie. Bowties are cool.

  • @GruellingTerror42 Ooh I like this. That just sums up why I prefer Eleven (as much as I loved Ten)

  • So he asked me who my fav Doctor was out of all of them. I said WH and he and Ian McNiece(spelling? lol) were really suprised at that. They said that it was really rare to find a kid who liked one of the early ones. I don't think that's fair. Reply saying so if you're under 15 and like one of the classic Doctors. Thanks!

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 I love every single one of the Classic Doctors so much...especially Hartnell, got to love the grumpy old stick in the mud that got the whole thing started...and of course I love Tom Baker, Davison, Coliin Baker, and Sylvester McCoy...THERE IS NOT A SINGLE DOCTOR THAT I DO NOT LIKE, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS SO AWESOME IN HIS OWN WAY, WHY CAN NO ONE SEE THIS???

  • @thebaloobearbeat Oh, and I'm 15. :)

  • @thebaloobearbeat YES!!! I KNEW I WASNT THE ONLY ONE!!!! GET IN!! *ahem* Thanx for letting me know. I do dislike some of the Doctors, but only because I don't think the writing was bad, not cause of the actors. Grumpy old stick in the mud- nice description lol!

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 Well, you know, he kind of was...but in a lovable way.

    Doctor: (addressing Ian) "Well, Chesterfield..."

    Barbara: (correcting him irritably) "Chester-TON."

Doctor: (offhandedly, to Ian) Oh, Barbara's calling you.

    I died of laughter.

  • @thebaloobearbeat yeah he was wasn't he? and which ep was that? I MUST KNOW!!!!!

    *bad guys leave*

    *silence*

The Doctor: (from inside Dalek) I fooled tham all, I am the master! (Makes Dalek arm move) Beep boop beep boop!!

AWWWWW!!! That was so cute and I died of laughter, it was so funny!

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 That was in the Romans, my fave WH episode. Why? There's no Susan, the Doctor and Vicki are brilliant together, the entire script is very comical and hilarious, the Doctor pulls an 'Emperor's New Clothes' on the Roman court in the form of music, and there is so much Ian/Barbara ship that I nearly died of a shippiness overload.

And I loved that bit when he was inside the Dalek!! It was so funny...

  • @thebaloobearbeat u dont like susan too??? oh, and there was that fight scene i think, or was that another episode? shippiness?? sorry, havent seen that episode! and i dunno what my fav episode is yet. need to see some more

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 I found Susan quite irritating, and only occasionally useful. There are a couple of fight scenes in the Romans, I think. Oh, shippiness just means that Ian & Barbara were very flirty, teasing, playful, and just generally adorable with each other, more so than usual. It was awesome!

  • @thebaloobearbeat that episode sounds good, i should watch it sometime! and i agree totally with the susan thing. she annoyed me.

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 Yeah, it's probably my favourite WH serial. The entire storyline is written to be quite comical, though obviously it still has the serious, dangerous bits too. But it is also very funny.

  • I prefer William Hartnell. And I'm 12. Kids like me are really steriotyped for liking CE, DT and MS in my opinion! Even by the stars of the show!! Cause when I went to the DW convention, Frazer Hines asked me who my first Doctor was. I said CE, who was actually my first. Then he asked me who my favourite Doctor was out of the only 3 he thought I had seen. I said DT, which is true. He said that all kids nowadays like DT. Then I said I had seen some of the others.

  • I loovedd David Tennant, he was the best Doctor everrr in my opinion... I do like Matt Smith, he's a good Doctor also.. but I think most of us fans of DT just miss him, we're not over-obsessed, we just miss the "Allons'y!" of DT.. Matt Smith is an epic Dr too, and I hope that he remains Dr for as long as DT did! :-D <3

  • Eccleston.

  • @caroou92 That's a refreshing change.

  • @stevardo :)

Tennant is good, but overrated in the same way that Eccleston is completely underrated.

  • @caroou92 The Ninth Doctor always makes me smile the widest, idgaf what anyone thinks.

  • @tehfundibulous His smile is mesmerizing. And the way he says "Fantastic!"..

    I miss him.

By the way, thank you for making me realise that was a top comment. Glad to know there are more Ninth fans out there!

  • @caroou92 When he says "Fantastic!" I squeal.

It was so sad that his run ended so soon. D:

You're welcome, just know I'm one of them~

  • I still can't tell. Is that Smith's voice or Tennant's?

  • @Brownbirdfeather Tennant

  • I am still watching the show since Tennant left, but for me it's the CB era all over again. The show is becoming too confusing. It's not Matt, it's the writers. I'd like his Doctor if I could actually be able to focus on him, not just be trying to get my head around the plot points. As a result, I only really tune in on the parts of the charactor I don't happen to like. I'd like to see a good, simple episode that everyone can enjoy. In the format of an old ep perhaps? Yes. That's what I'd like.

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 I''d have to respectfully disagree. I'd say it's become far more science-fiction-y by having plot points that do seem a bit convoluted, but are generally explained by the end of the series.

I'd also say that the show is now actually written as a drama and not written down to kids which is what I felt previous series had done.

What I would love to see though is a format similar to old eps. Like four parters!

  • @PinstripeShirt Ah, well! I think it's the time it's made in, as well as who watches it. I happen to prefer the episodes made in the 20th century(particularly those made in the 60s). Seeing your comment made me think in a whole new light. I do like things explained quickly, but now you mention it, the plot points DO get explained-i just can't understand it sometimes! It's a family show in my opinion, but I see your point with the drama thing.

  • @BillHartnelliscool27 I'll probably get a lot of hate for this, but Tennant's era just seemed a bit more like Eastenders in space. :P Pat Troughton was probably my favourite 60's Doctor, but Hartnell was dark and mysterious. We need a bit more of that!

  • @PinstripeShirt You won't get any hate from me!!! I agree with you totally(apart from the fact that i prefer Hartnell to Troughten)!

  • @PinstripeShirt I also agree with you on the format thing. I think the adventures happen too quickly nowadays. It seems that some of the aliens back down too quickly, or the Doctor thinks too quickly(another thing I can't follow), or just happens to have the idea in his head. I thank you for being very civil in your opinions and I respect them a great deal. Not all people on Youtube are like that. :) <3

  • wow I never got that, the move on bit, but as much as it might be a message to the fans, it also makes sense in context...those times were very dark for the Doctor, a survivor of the Time War, all that guilt and anger...I think as visited his companions as he neared death I think he found some closure and the Eleventh Doctor sprang out with a whole new lease on life 'Geronimo!' jumping into the deep end without all the angsty baggage...but of course...it isn't all gone..but most of it is.

  • Fuck the people who stopped watching Doctor Who because Tennant left, Fuck them!

  • Ten is my favorite. I think Eleven is a really brilliant doctor (and I love him too) but the main reason I sort of disliked the series once it got to the eleventh doctor was because the plot became too Amy-centric. Don't get me wrong, she's cool and all, but I prefer the show to be more about the DOCTOR.

  • @cmxiang Oh, and it WASN"T all about Rose back in Ten and Nine's day? Please, RTD had some sick worship thing going on with her....

  • Oh my gosh I didn't even notice that it was David's voice! Wow....we will never move on from such a great era. But I am starting to like Matt :)

  • I really miss Ten, he was the best, but since season 6 eleven is ok, but i watch dw because of amy, the monsters and time travel. And in hope that it becomes like before :)

  • Y'know, it IS possible to prefer an older incarnation of The Doctor and STILL be a fan. I prefer David, but I still like Matt. I have a bigger beef with Moffat's direction, though. RTD took the whole "All of time and space...where do you want to go?" idea and made the most of it. Moffat just screws with the fabric of time and makes us all go WTF?! and the shtick has worn kinda thin...

  • NO WE WILL NEVER MOVE ON!! *puts hands over ears and sings loudly* He-he just kidding I'll never "move on" from David Tennant but I really do love Matt Smith.

  • lol, i love how he says LET ET GO WE MOVED ON!!

  • people who stopped watching the show after david tenent left are not true doctor who fans. thumbs up if you agree!

  • @SheWolf8765

Out of all 11 Doctors, Tennant is my favorite, but I think Matt Smith is BRILLIANT! And if people aren't willing to keep watching because the Doctor regenerated then they obviously aren't fans, and they don't understand what doctor who is all about. After 10 regenerations, one gets used to losing a beloved doctor, and then falling in love all over again with the next one.

  • @SheWolf8765 What if you only get PBS that shows tenant reruns and can't watch the new doctor?

  • i would love to be able to see what matt smith could do with russell t davies writing - thats part of what made DT so good and smith totally has the talent he's just not getting the chance to show it with the new writing. it's stephen moffat that downgraded the show for me. just having an opinion!

  • If David Tennant does come back for a special at some point I would love to see it happen in a way where we get to see David and Matt work together somehow. That would really help the entire fanbase (especially the DT fangirls) move on to the new doctor.

Plus it would make for some great "Ohh, what!? I'm still not ginger!?" jokes.

  • Ha! The Tennant fangirls just got BURNED!

  • It would have been cool, if for this episode the copy doctor could exhibit attributes of all the doctors, up until the final scene as he slowly becomes more Matt Smith.

Imagine how funny it wound be to see Matt Smith do a Tom Baker for 5 minutes.

  • @FI7productions

I just died of laughter. :)

  • Ha, I never thought of this scene in this way. Brilliant catch!

I loved DT as the Doctor, probably slightly more than MS, but I still feel that MS has done a fantastic job. He is the Peter Davison to our Tom Baker, following up the most popular actor (in the role) of our generation. He will always have that hanging over him.

Which is a shame really, because taken on his own merits, he's doing a fantastic job.

  • David is my Doctor, but Matt is a bloody good one as well!

  • Hey, I maybe not be like those fangirls, but, from what I heard, they stopped filming on the doctor who Christmas special in wales for 24 hours due to a strike! These BBC cutbacks are happening in wales. In 2 days, the BBC will release a statement concerning the future of doctor who. Don't believe me, look up Aspergianstar2009 and ask him about it. I'm one of his subscribers and he just reported this yesterday. No rumors! No lies!

  • @PrismPhoenix You are obscenely negative. I'm guessing you're one of them over-obsessive David Tennant fans who stopped enjoying the show since he left, and you're trying to ruin it for the fans of the show as a whole.

  • @stevardo Actually the BBC announced in 2011 (current year) that Matt Smith is signed for AT LEAST 3 seasons (he's done two so far) and next year is a year of specials and 2013 features the next full series of Doctor Who. Welcome back Matt Smith, we've got you for ages yet.

To All DT fans. He was awesome, and you're right he was very precious to us all, but do you know what else he is? Not here. He moved on, why can't you? I loved DT, thought he was awesome, but I also think Matt is amazing too

  • @stevardo @PrismPhoenix It's not getting cancelled, BBC are just having to spread things out more due to cutbacks. It's happening to most shows these days in some way or another. Moffat himself has said that Doctor Who is DEFINITELY not getting cancelled. So stop being a bitch, basically.

  • @instalation9 Doctor Who is now running over two years because Moffat wants to get it as close to the Classic series as possible, so he wants it to start running from the end of one year and into the beginning of the next one. It's nothing to do with the show being stopped, they just want the broadcasting times to be more traditional.

  • @stevardo who cares if there's a new guy? I mean everybody is making him look bad i mean david Tennant stepped down so that someone else could enjoy being the doctor he said it himself in different words! i can't even decide who's my favourite doctor. I'm just saying that if people could handle it in the 60's through 80's than we can handle a new doctor, right?!

  • @stevardo I've disliked it since Russel T. Davies started writing for the show ^_^...

  • @Arella17 Then you're a complete half-wit, because RTD has made the show more of a success than any of your old series writers managed. Baftas, Hugos, you name it, all credited to his and Moffat's success. You are not a real Doctor Who fan.

  • @ZipZagginGallifrey Okay I'll give you that sarcasm doesn't come through in text but really. You're going to fly off the handle because of it that's a lark. Anyway, actually I think the story line is schizophrenic thanks to two seperate writers...I've seen episodes with Moffat's name and others with Davies' name, while watching in chronological order. Also I haven't seen the old series yet so I wouldn't know about the original writers.

  • @PrismPhoenix Oh my, my dear boy, I don't know where you've gotten your facts, but I assure you, there is nothing to fear. For One, Doctor Who has been signed to a contract for at least two more seasons. So no worries there. And as for 2,000,000 views, that is a bit off mark, I'm afraid. It did drop a bit. But the real DW fans are what supported the show and stuck with. The new season only lost around 10,000 viewers. And by TV Standards, that's not a lot at all. Hope this helps, Old Sport.

  • @MonkeyWiththeStick i don't mean to offend you, but, I'M a GIRL, not a guy. if you look up "Save Doctor Who Confidential", you'll find that they have a petition, a twitter, a facebook, and a website to save doctor who confidential. i've already signed the petition.

  • @PrismPhoenix Oh, I am quite sorry love. That's the problem with the internet, now isn't it? Lot of gender confusion. My apologizes. And I am aware of the Doctor Who confidential petition. I too signed it. But that really has nothing to do with the actual series Doctor Who. Doctor Who Confidential (DWC) has slowly been losing viewers and that is sad. But the show Doctor Who has been going strong with support from its fanbase. Doctor Who is under contract for another two seasons. DWC was not.

  • @PrismPhoenix Also, for any one who is interested, this was just released Lizo Mzimba, a BBC insider on Doctor Who production went on Twitter to clear up the confusion, saying: "Bit of confusion, to summarise: no FULL 13 episode series of Dr Who in 2012. So some episodes will still go out in 2012. Remainder in 2013." The next season is definite. Just not all in the same year. No need to worry just yet. :)

  • @PrismPhoenix

David Tennant did not make the show and if people are going to leave the show, good riddance to them, they were fans of David Tennant not Doctor Who. Matt Smith is just as good as Tennant, I personally think he's better and also, you are simply trolling, the series is in no danger of going under, last season had some of the highest ratings since the show's revival and was well recieved.

  • @PrismPhoenix The show lost 2 million viewers? When? The average audience per episode is 7-8 million, the same as the last five years...

  • @PrismPhoenix HAHAHAHA, you're a deluded prick, Doctor Who is as safe as ever, all those cancelation rumblings are just that, unwarranted rumblings. David Tennant fanboys like you pretend the show is a failiure, when in reality it hasnt, go fuck yourself FAKE FAN

  • @ZipZagginGallifrey maybe i was wrong, but i'm a true david tennant fan to the very end! maybe YOU should go FUCK YOURSELF! and don't come crying to me if you get caught if this internet censorship bill passes (which i know it won't) and youtube gets shut down, forever. so FUCK YOU!

  • @PrismPhoenix thats not true. have you not noticed that with every season Tabloids/the internet et al bollock on about someone leaving/ the show being cancelled/ lost ratings and so on. balls. Tennant has gone. get over it.

  • @PrismPhoenix The thing is though it didn't lose 2 million viewers.

  • Maybe Moffat should focus more on The Doctor and less on Amy Pond.

  • @rohgenextfan ^This.

  • @stevardo Ah, the insult of a Matt Smith/Stephen Moffat fanboy. I'll just laugh at your utter confusion when Doctor Who is inevitably cancelled.

  • @rohgenextfan

What I don't understand, is why you challenge his statement. I mean no trolling or insult by this message, but whenever I've watched "DOCTOR Who" I simply assumed it was about the Doctor. -shrug- Maybe I just have a bad misunderstanding of the title then.

Again, I do not mean to insult you, as we are both entitled to our own opinions and I respect that. I'm simply stating that my opinion is: I hate Amy Pond and don't watch "Doctor Who" as much because of this.

  • @Castryn No, I like The Doctor. My comment, the latest one from 3 days ago today, was because the youtube comment system is broken, and the I thought stevardo was calling me an over obsessed Doctor who fan. I owe stevardo an apology. That was on me. As to the content of my latest comment, lately I have been cursed at when attempting to discuss Doctor Who and the possible ways a story can unfold by viewers who adore Moffat and Smith. After a while, that just gets really annoying.

  • @rohgenextfan the show always focuses on companions

  • @rohgenextfan Agreed, I'm glad they actually paid more attention to companions but I got a bit sick of all this baby going missing business. I'd rather they explore the Doctor's dark side just a little bit more. I think its interesting to see him completely pissed off.

  • @dogpup4 Have you seen any of the older stuff? The Doctor has quite the temper in previous regenerations.

  • @dogpup4 That's why I much prefer RTD over Moffat. It seems, to me, Moffat is more focused on Amy Pond. Her husband keeps dying, and somehow her daughter is a TL. That's the important stuff. I remember during Season 4 where people continuously complained about Rose being overused. Okay. Rose absorbed the time vortex, turned an entire Dalek fleet into dust, and assisted UNIT in making their stuff. River killed 1 dalek. Wow. As far as Doc's dark side, I agree. To me 11 is too happy.

  • @rohgenextfan Rose is more of a mary sue than River is, that's why people prefer River, she may be a psychotic, who fawns over The Doctor, but she isnt a supreme living du ex machina chav. I much prefer a companion convincing a Dalek to beg for mercy than wiping them out with a wave of her magic hand. And the older show always concentrated on older companions, so stop complainig. RTD made it all about Rose, yet you're complaining that it's all about Amy? Hypocrite much?

  • @ZipZagginGallifrey Wrong. Doctor and River marrying is disgusting. Rose was made out to be an actual person. Dude, you are such a Moffat fanboy it's sad.

  • @rohgenextfan Like how RTD did with Rose?

  • @JoeTheLion188 Moffat's emphasis on Amy trumps RTD's work with Rose. Also, I found that relationship to be more salable than Amy wanting to boink her son-in-law.

  • Couldn't have said it better myself. There are always thoes who take it hard when a Doctor leves (some way more than others) but that's no reason not to give the new guy a fair shake. Imagine what would have happened if everyone did that the very first time around. The show would have died then and there that's what.

  • What did he say?

  • @Drwhofanindatardis "No! Let it go! We've moved on!"

  • one of the fans disliked the vid, lol. I love david and he is my favourite doctor, but alongside matt, pertwee and davison. But seriously, he brought a 'brilliant' doctor to the show and brough more fans, but he was only doing the same as the past doctors and matt and more doctors to come... and whats the old saying "STOP LIVING IN THE PAST"!!!!!!!

  • My heart<3

  • hello, Im the doctor as long as the reference the old doctors im good

  • Finally i cant believe someone else thought this too :)

Dont get me wrong i love the 10th doctor, but the fans need to get the fact that He.Is.Gone, He might come back for a special like peter did but i doubt it would happen anytime in the next 5 years because matt has just started to turn the fans around and if david comes back in a little special everyone will be obsessing over him again

Never the less i still miss him :)

  • @S0URCH33KS I agree with you, but there has been rumors that he will be returning for a special for the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who

  • @MysteriousMaysa17 Yeah and there were also rumors that billie piper or Catherine tate would play the 11th doctor, but thank fuck that was false :P

  • @S0URCH33KS Never heard those rumors, but thank fuck indeed.

  • @MysteriousMaysa17 he is returning its true

  • @MysteriousMaysa17 He's actually said he wants to and will.

  • @MysteriousMaysa17 I think if David will return for anything it will be the 50th anniversary Im sure he wouldnt miss anything to do with that and he would be back in a flash if it were possible. He didnt want to leave but felt he had to before it became just a job to him and he started to bore people

    xx

  • @S0URCH33KS We all miss him.

  • @S0URCH33KS Next 5 years?Are you being serious?The 50th anniversary is in 2013 so I should think David Tennant will appear for that as the Doctor.That isn't 5 years,that's 2.

  • @BassettReviewer I figured out that david will be back in 2013 but i just dont want him too :) ahhh wedding of river song was fantastic :P (no 9th pun intended there)

  • @S0URCH33KS Why not?David Tennant was a great Doctor, best one so far so I'd love it if he made a special appearance for the 50th.I agree with the people that say that people need to realize he's Doctor is gone now, though.Plus,Matt Smith is doing great as the Doctor so it's not like the show's got any worse.

  • @BassettReviewer I just think all the Fans the 11th doc has got will take one look at david and matt will lose them :/

  • @S0URCH33KS That'd be a bit drastic.

  • @BassettReviewer Not if it's true :P lets wait till 2013 then we'll see what happens :)

  • @S0URCH33KS Yeah.I hope David Tennant does return but it doesn't cause Matt Smith to lose fans. Also,I hope if he does,it doesn't make Doctor Who less popular after the 50th anniversary.

  • @S0URCH33KS Doctor Who 50th anniversary in 2 years. That's as good a time as any to bring David back, so it's unlikely you're gonna get a 5 year David quarantine.

  • I wasn't a fan of the whole will they/won't they thing with Doctor and Rose I felt she was a bit to needy and didn't realy diserve the Doctor in a romantic way. However I think River Song (or Melody Pond) is a very suitable companion for the Docotor because she is almost completely independent of him but she knows he'll be there when she needs him and shes always ready to put him in his place.

  • I didn't recognise it as David Tennants voice, I thought it was just Matt Smith talking normaly. That's really cool that they got David Tennants voice into it.

  • @8Rincewind oh wow it actually does sound like him.

  • @DobbysUnmatchedSocks It is him. It's a sound clip from "The Girl in the Fireplace."

  • Haha, that is so true, I think people need to get over it, Doctor Who was here before David Tennant and it is still here after, also Doctor/Rose shippers, get over it! Move on!
