Have to have very low income ($250. mo.) or disablility, but you are "taken care of" and belong to the state. This was a very hypocritical news report, as they said first police were not to worried protestors will turn violent, but then said they were worried about the other protestors that are seeking to take hold of the financial district. Kinda, like oh it will be ok, and if you see the cops beating people, it will be the ones who deserve it.
