great vlog I love the idea of only choosing who you want in your life. We do not have to hide, we can enjoy ourselves and let in anyone we want or not. We want a full body shot , we want a full body shot !!!!!!!!!

Good job adding the veggies. Eventually, that will level out and you'll find satiation from raw foods. It takes quite a while. I'm not there anymore... got to get back on the program. Thanks for reminding me how much better it felt to treat myself properly.
