this has to be one of the most esoteric ideas for a synth i've seen so far... pure LFO & white noise. you might not use it every day, but it could add a distinctive atmosphere to that "one track" one makes that calls for it. then again, it's the type of synth someone might use to define "their sound" like that new wave band i can't remember the name of & it's use of the mouth organ in all of it's songs.
It reminds me of Chimera by Majken.
