If the globalist agenda is truly depopulation, then why are they pushing immigration (legal & illegal) so hard? Taking just one example (look this up yourself if you don't believe me), Mexican immigrants to the USA breed at a much quicker level than they do in their home country - around 50% more, which has extreme implications for population growth over generations (exponential growth - look that up too). Surely the elites would advocate less immigration if they wanted to depopulate us?
