I love this tune. I also love any tune by Chet Atkins but this is one of my favorites. The chords for this song are, B minor to D major, for three rounds then a quick C to B to A sharp to A major back to B minor progressively repeating.

That's not an exact measure of the entire song because Chet threw in a few variations here and there but, it's a close approximation of the chord progression..

It's just very, very obvious what this video is about. So stop pouting! ;)

The title tells you both the musician and the song name, and the description tells you that the video is about a *tune*, not a *house*. You need to put your reading glasses on and stop blaming other people for having lost them :)

This song is by Billy Joe Walker, Jr. I don't know if this is BJW's treehouse but he DOES live in one supposedly in or near Murfreesboro, TN (south of Nashville). This is the title song from the same album by BJW. He has a number of terrific albums; I have 5-6 of them.
