Beating Bowser on Paper Mario with only 15 HP and 15 FP

Once when i won the game i left the wii on ( thats where i got the game from the shop) and i never saw the fireworks end...

you can use the fish as an extra defense, with that, some medals, and one of the Star Spirits, you can reach more than 8 points of defence (thats i beat him with only 5 PC, but i had PF and PM at maximum)

on parrakarry's shell shot i did 8 damage, same thing with a normal jump ps. i used defence up badge, and power up badge.

ive done 10 hp and 10 fp and max badge power it made me level up that much cuz there were alot of need to fight enimies so ya but i beat that no prob u just get the right kind of defense badges so when u defend with A on his fire breath u go down to 1 hp then u can u know well pwn him cuz u have the peril badge whitch is x4 att in peril and the other one for danger thats x2 i haven't played paper in a while so i forget the names but ya it was acually rly easy u guys should try it sumtime :D

Well, anyone who uses cheats before hand to get items and possibly badges for all we know could beat bowser with 15hp and 15fp. Do it on a regular nintendo, then I'll applaud you. Sorry, it's just to sketchy.

why do you have 127 badge points! you can only get as far as 30. When faceing bowser i usally hav 1 mega jump, 1 mega hammer, 2 str+, 1 def+, 1 hp plus, and a deep focas, and i suggest useing watt. cause he does 5 with is normal attack no matter how strong the enemy is. and someone please tell me, How the hell do you make a delux feast cause i need to know!

It's before Super Paper Mario. Paper Mario (this game) was released in 2001. Super Paper Mario was released in 2007

If you're asking about chronological order, then Paper Mario is most likely set before Super Paper Mario.

Deluxe Feast:

Strange Leaf + Whacka's Bump.

-or-

Potato Salad + Shroom Steak.

For Potato Salad, just get an iced potato from the Toad House in Shiver City, and take it to Tayce T.

For Shroom Steak, you can either take an Ultra Shroom to Tayce T., or you can give her a Life Shroom and a Mushroom.

Then, give Tayce T. the Potato Salad and the Shroom Steak, and you get the Deluxe Feast.

Though, the Deluxe Feast isn't actually the best recovery item in the game.

If you save up any Ultra Shrooms and Jammin' Jelly, take them to Tayce T., and she'll make you a Jammin' Ultra. It heals 50hp and 50fp.

Same here. I'd played the thousand year door first, and thinking there was a shop you could buy ultra shrooms and Jammin' jellies you could buy at, I didn't really care about conservation. Nowadays, knowing the severe lack there is, I just use whacka bumps.

Well, Whacka's Bumps are also limited. I think you can only get a certain amount, or he stops appearing after you get the hammer power-up.

Oh, that's right! lol, I never really bought those pigs. It always took too long to get 10 in the pen, then manage to randomly get an Ultra Shroom.

You probably had infinite Life Shrooms as well, which kinda defeats the purpose. If you have unlimited automatic revivals, it's essentially the same thing as having infinite HP.
