people calm down. it doesnt matter which is good. as long as gordon is in it. he practically makes cooking shows freaking awesome. reminds me of my P.E teacher, he takes his job seriously, and he cares about his students even thought he sounds and looks evil.
LOST MY RESPECT FOR THE SHOW AND FOR GORDON FOR EMPLOYING ACTORS PRETENDING TO BE CONTESTANTS. THE SHOW IS GREAT, BUT BULL SHIT!! SHAME! CHECK OUT SO 9 USA HELLS K...................ELISA !!
The producers of the U.S version are a bunch of clowns LOL: They add in sounds that would be inaudible, they add camera effects such as shaking and over th top effects when Ramsay kicks something or something minor and constantly play this over the top battle music when something mildly tense happens. And I'm sure they force Ramsay to be more aggressive because he is so mellow on the UK version in comparison. I like both versions but I still think the US version is much less constructive.
"right, to leg of lamb and two something, 2 I can't read, 1fillet of something with something." OK the chefs would make two lamb legs and 1 fillet and guess the rest.
this is kinda boring.. hells kitchen UK the contestants are minor celebrities? its basically like the celebrity apprentice here in america.. the series is less believable becuz the contestants have nothing to motivate them..
I'd rather they did a UK version with 'regular' chefs. The same 'normal' Gordon, rather than Hollywood Psycho Gordon (or maybe just have Marco do it, or someone new), just more of a "proper" reality TV type show like the American version with actual chefs competing for a chance-of-a-lifetime prize. Oh, and much less - preferably no - Angus Deayton.

@96JUSTIN the usa version is so full of shit that there's probably only about 10 minutes worth watching from every episode if you cut out all the pointless shots of the contestants talking about each other. I don't give a shit who likes who, for a show that has "kitchen" in the name it should have more footage of people working in the kitchen. Also the "Next time on hells kitchen" at the end is the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen on any tv show, the person who makes it should be shot
I really enjoyed watching, much better than U.S. version.I really appreciate your effort in providing these.....BUT...And this is a BIG one: I wish you would have warned everyone your only showing the first 7 episodes. And it is impossible to find the remaining 7,unless you want to buy the whole season from Amazon. If I had known this ahead of time I would never have started watching. So be warned everyone...You will not get to see the whole season.Rather disappointing.
Kinda funny - it's not JP and he's talking about names (and bellies) I don't know and GR hasn't exploded yet. The restaurant is already OPEN on season 1, ep 1? Oooooh, this is different than the US version (I'm from the US, lol)... fingers crossed, but will LOVE the accents in any event!! :o)
this one is much calmer than the US version. I think the US version looks more angry because of the upped music and editing to show only his pissed side.

@stairwaytoinfinite ...and not of French or Nordic descent either. They can keep their central bank, and their nanny state, thank you very much. It would take a thousand Beatles to make up for those gifts.
@n66178 and besides...who needs critical thinking? It's Youtube. Take your "critical thinking" to an arena containing more important subjects than a load of people who want to watch Kitchen Nightmares for free...
@stairwaytoinfinite "Who needs critical thinking?" Ha! Nice comment on my channel by the way, feel better? I never said I supported the foreign policy of the pentagon and the CIA, and the puppet that sits in the white house. If they all had their way (and if they could afford it and if the american people rolled over and took it like you brits) there would be a camera every 20 feet, complete gov takeover of healthcare, executive control of the internet, and all manner of tyranny.
@n66178 ...what's your point? I've already stated, I couldn't care less. Just wanna watch Ramsay. And no, not really, I did chuckle when I saw you deleted it...you guys always did have a problem with hearing the truth, didn't ya? ;-) Go and wank off into the stars and stripes or something...
He's so nice on the UK version. In the Us show he just yells and screams until he's successfully reduced successful chefs to panicked balls of condensed stress.
@Petronio39 To be fair, all the celebs are doing it for charity, and I can imagine have had no experience working on a line before. I get Ramsay's whole "getting perfection through pushing people to the extreme" but I think if he tried that here, he'd just crash and burn.
I just find it funny that the UK versions of Ramsay's shows actually seem to have a lot LESS profanity and yelling and screaming. It's as if the American versions are just overedited bleepfests. If you just saw Hell's Kitchen US, you'd think Gordon was an angry guy with mental issues. If HK UK is real fruit, HK US is a Skittle. It's something artificial with a lot of fillers and sugar crammed into it. The problem is, if you don't know what the real thing is, you're addicted to the fake stuff.
I'm american and I totally completely agree with you stairwaytoinfinite, who cares who they are, it's not about the celebs... American TV is horrible. Absolute shit for the most part a very few exceptions.
why is that guy talking to the camera, its boring and I think we can understand what is going on without someone explaining exactly what the situation.
@onepiecebigfan ...why does the narrator in the US one have to tell us what's going on after every single commercial break? Why do we need exactly 2 and a half minutes every episode to get through the "PREVIOUSLY, ON HELLS KITCHEN" and the overly elaborate opening sequence? I think we can understand what's going on without that, no?
in my opinion the U S version is better than the uk because U S has a lot of drama and is more emotional while the uk ver is kinda boring and less enjoyable to watch, but hey that's my opinion and if you don't like it well that's your opinion.

@n66178 I would normally be aggravated, but as you're American, I just feel sorry for you.

@stairwaytoinfinite Your personal attack clearly shows a lack of critical thinking on your part - but I don't feel sorry for you.

@n66178 care bears...
stairwaytoinfinite 1 year ago
@n66178 and besides...who needs critical thinking? It's Youtube. Take your "critical thinking" to an arena containing more important subjects than a load of people who want to watch Kitchen Nightmares for free...
stairwaytoinfinite 1 year ago

This version is so boring compared to the
us version

He's so nice on the UK version. In the Us show he just yells and screams until he's successfully reduced successful chefs to panicked balls of condensed stress.
Petronio39 1 year ago
@Petronio39 To be fair, all the celebs are doing it for charity, and I can imagine have had no experience working on a line before. I get Ramsay's whole "getting perfection through pushing people to the extreme" but I think if he tried that here, he'd just crash and burn.

Wow, your such a dumb fuck Yankee piece of shit arn't you

I just find it funny that the UK versions of Ramsay's shows actually seem to have a lot LESS profanity and yelling and screaming. It's as if the American versions are just overedited bleepfests. If you just saw Hell's Kitchen US, you'd think Gordon was an angry guy with mental issues. If HK UK is real fruit, HK US is a Skittle. It's something artificial with a lot of fillers and sugar crammed into it. The problem is, if you don't know what the real thing is, you're addicted to the fake stuff.

at least the american one gives people actually passionate about food the chance of a lifetime.....

I'm american and I totally completely agree with you stairwaytoinfinite, who cares who they are, it's not about the celebs... American TV is horrible. Absolute shit for the most part a very few exceptions.

You ignorant American... Kidding... Of course not all English people sound like him... Talking about some 'care bear' bullshit no one understands.
@stairwaystoinfinite
And seriously dude... Get your eyes cleaned... See the world realistically...
How you guys managed to start talking about terrorist attacks from a show about cooking I'll never know.

why is that guy talking to the camera, its boring and I think we can understand what is going on without someone explaining exactly what the situation.
onepiecebigfan 1 year ago
@onepiecebigfan ...why does the narrator in the US one have to tell us what's going on after every single commercial break? Why do we need exactly 2 and a half minutes every episode to get through the "PREVIOUSLY, ON HELLS KITCHEN" and the overly elaborate opening sequence? I think we can understand what's going on without that, no?

Hahahahah why is the music from Tim Burton's Batman playing in the begining lol

in my opinion the U S version is better than the uk because U S has a lot of drama and is more emotional while the uk ver is kinda boring and less enjoyable to watch, but hey that's my opinion and if you don't like it well that's your opinion.
