The video opens up with a tiger roar not a lion roar. It is not until like 0:26 that you hear a Lion roar.

The thing is you are partially correct. Lion Roars always give that huff huff huff roar towards the end. That's what happened at 0:26. Tigers always give that "Waooo" type roar.. Lions is deeper but you can search youtube for other tiger roars, it sounds very similar to how it happened at the beginning.
