Zybak, I know you probably won't read this, but if you get that low, pop into bear, use frenzied regen to get back to 30%, use the opportunity to bash the warrior, go back into cat. One lucky crit there and you were dead.

@Taurheim if you watch some of sacredheal's videos you see that I do that against melee heavy teams (esp enhance shamans) in this video I should have popped survival instincts earlier and I wouldn't have dropped as low. Playing defensive against a warrior/warlock/x usually won't go in your favor but I definitely should have popped SI a lot earlier :)

@ZybakTV Good point. I like playing around with bear a bit, so ill often use my bash to make up for the lost by keeping someone stunned for a nice 5 seconds. TBH if the healer is sitting in lots of cc I think its worth it to jump back up to 30% and leave only one person on the other team open to doing damage for 5 seconds... Definitely personal preference here though.
