Thank you for your comment...Yes I agree, the midi adds a whole new dimension to a reproducing piano. I'm afraid I have not gotten to experience the old reproducers first hand, but I think it is a fascinating technology from days gone by. My hope one day will be to have an electronic player system put in my Chickering grand, so that I might enjoy all these wonderful pieces of music on a REAL piano. You might want to contact a group of folks called Roll Scanners who made these midi files. Enjoy!

That's fascinating. This new MIDI stuff makes me want to get back into reproducers again. Any leads on a Mason AA with late A expression?
