  • Handsome and talented, a double threat! :-)

  • Reginald Veal is an incredible Bass Player!!! :-)

  • well you know, Louis played a Selmer (balanced then a K-modified), so I think I will keep my Selmer others can play monette...

  • Como essa mestre muda o seu som.

  • check bluetrainproduction for cd

  • Wynton is a freak...there's no music he can't play with perfection.

  • prettty slow tempo!!

  • the pianist is killer! but he is not playing vocabulary from the period... I don't know what the purpose of wynton's group is... I'm assuming it's preserve and move forward, hence the new soloing style?

  • some of the tone, he owes to the horn. i'm not knocking wynton he's my hero but the Monette has a lovely tone and a huge sweet spot on every note. and he makes the most of it.

  • Thats Herlin Riley on the drums sir ! ;p haha

  • Actually, that's Lewis Nash.

  • Nice to see a younger set keeping up the old jazz traditions !! This is what keeps it real !!

  • What I have noticed is that there are still young guys who do play traditional Jazz but what I see as unfortunate is that the audience for the music lacks young people.

  • I'm young

  • such incredible tone! just when you think you know the guy, wynton pulls more out of his sleeve at wows you again!

  • man! that's a monster sized bell he's got on that monette horn!

  • i wish i can play like bass player

  • You mean idiomaticly incorrect?

  • I prefer the Louis Armstrong version, but Wynton does this song Justice and I know that he highly respects Armstrongs work so he would have practiced for hours to get this song just right

  • hes so remarkable to transform this song to make it the way he hears it in his head!!! WOW

  • That was so swingin!

  • bass player, you get 4 bars and i am gonna announce the drum player for half of them

  • these guys are so tight. wynton fantastic as always and marcus is one hell of a key player

  • my hero!

  • Exelente tompetista!

  • Nice combo of Louie's 1929 - 1933 & 1936 versions. Wynton put a little flavor of his own but nice job.

  • thanks for sharing
