ebid sucks because they want you to upload personal documents like ebay!. ebay owns this company and they will link you with your ebay seller accounts!..
We need to all boycott EBAY and move to EBID - then we can charge lower prices to the customers and be more competitive. We need to get away from the corrupt corporate practices of EBAY. So lets make a move the more people that go there the more the site will get our attention.In a BUST economy some of us will have to to escape corporate greed.
Ebay is a large corporation these days , its for big business and large companys and the rich most little guys wont make it on ebay.I have been there since it started and it has changed so much with all the rules and regulations and the little guys cant bmake a living anymore. Well when you have a an EX CEO Meg walk away with 1.6 billion dollars what does that tell you. People with this kind of money dont make it ethically.Ebay is just another corporate structure feeding off the middle class.
I signed up for Ebid.net because Ebay is becoming a joke for sellers and the fee's are sky high and I can pass along savings in my prices to my buyers at Ebid . I am using Ebid for a while now and all you can find in Ebid is poor stuff and junk , sellers always try to sell poor stuff in Ebid but at high prices that not even them would buy for them self ! Ebay have millions of items and it is number one not only for selection but for the quality too .. Occasionally i`ve purchased some reasonable items in Ebid but it took me hours and hours to find what i was looking for..The reason of all this is that there aren`t enough sellers in Ebid simple.
Ok i can finally log in my new Ebid account , i already purchased a few things , it is the best alternative to Ebay i agree BUT there aren`t enough auctions yet , quality and selection is poor , quite hard to make real bargains. Please more sellers in Ebid so finally buyers will have a better selection / quality ! : )
Like I said, that's the unfortunate thing about that site right now. As a seller, it's not worth wasting your time listing items on a site that doesn't get enough traffic. That's the story. There has to be more buyers for it to be worth trying to sell there. I gave it a shot, and sold nothing. Maybe I'll try again someday, but for now, I'm off of there as a seller.
There aren`t enough buyers because there aren`t enough sellers ! If a buyer cannot find a proper selection-quality and potential bargains in the first place sure there will not be sales . : )
I was sick and tired of Ebay so i decided to join in Ebid but after a few hours my acccount has been placed in hold...this happen to many new people in Ebid .. I find this suspicious behaviour quite annoying ... what a nice welcome ! :(

Hey Mike...I'm just laughing about the "other" site. I'm a coin collector and I get a lot of coins and currency from "them" and I know how a lot of people feel about "them". ;) Its like"he who shall not be named". I'll check'em out 'cause I'm interested in any way to procure new coins for the collection. "them" Hahaha.
Yeah. It is like 'he who shall not be named'. I tried not to be so critical of that Voldemort site, because truth be told, I've made out quite well with 'them'. I don't like everything (okay, I'll say it) eBay does, though. I think that they make a lot of unfair judgements against sellers. I also think that they have a lot of rules that are completely unnecessary. Furthermore, I think that they don't appreciate their sellers. If there were no sellers, there would be no eBay. Google is partnering with ebid, so that will help with the traffic. It also appears to have more listed than anywhere else including ioffer.

I didn't have any such problem there. My problem was worse. My items didn't sell. Oh well. Maybe I'll try it again someday.
