Bush was appointed in 2000 by the supreme court, elected in 2004 because people didn't see much of an alternative in his opponent (still supported the war) and many wealthy people supported and still support Bush because it is financially in their interest to do so. To say "Bush was elected twice" means you obviously know dogshit about recent U.S. history.
