I think the "video tasties" promo dates back to around 1983/84, I think it was a bit of a humourous take on all the furore about "Video Nasties" at the time (which, admittedly, always has me thinking of that Young Ones episode).

Interesting one this, having the promo before the actual ident. As I've said before, tapes that contain this version of the diamond must be remarkably rare, I don't think I've ever owned any title with this version on it.
