  • Is it okay to start by balancing with your face on the ground? I had surgery so I neeed more strenght in my left wrist but can't keep up unless my face meets the ground. Weird right? I need help. Someone please comment back to help me.

  • I can do the baby freeze, turtle freeze, cricket and almost chair freeze and I a subscriber and I love your vids but that has took me about two months i was wandering how long has it took you to do all of your brilliant moves.

I'm 11 years old, in march i'll be 12 and i have thinked of a new sort of freeze, it's called "Twistfreeze" i have'nt trained so much cuz i can do turtlefreeze and twistfreeze is just like it... Just take your left leg over your right leg just like when you're chilling in a sofa or something, then take your left FOOT and tak around your right leg in clockwise, then just drag in your right leg and lift your legs up! A Twistfreeze!

  • after 3 days of succesfully doing the turtle freeze , i cant only hold it like 7 seconds and then my head / face feels like exploding due to high pressure of blood LOL. and issit right for my face to touch the floor ?

  • @PoreoticsDance4Life That used to happen to me. It went away for me after I figured out that I held my breath for some reason. But it didn't immediately go away.

  • @PoreoticsDance4Life That shouldn't happen. The very first times I did this freeze it did happen. You should look if your ellbows are placed right and you shouldn't lean to much forward.

    I asked some friends and they said that it happened to them when their body wasn't used to that pain. I don't really know if it's right but you should really keep up the trying of this move end suddenly it'll stop. Greets ThaDragon25

    yes thats bad ... perhaps you should do alot of sixstep and similar things , it also really trains the wrists and fingers and then begin with freezes when your wrist is stronger .. it probably won´t even take that long , 2 weeks or a month
