they mean that the ticket goes into your visa so you cant sell it, they did this so people dont buy her tickets and sell them so real fans can get in not scelpters!

Paperless Tickets are to stop scalpers etc. you dont get a ticket, but you have to show your credit card, that you paid for the tickets with, and some form of ID when they arrive
