Eli thinks that the judges are as petty and immature as he is. They would not send him home because they don't like him. They would send him home because he's a crappy designer and he's not even trying. If he really did something amazing, like in the bridal challenge, the judges would praise him as they did then. But his attitude comes through in his pathetic clothes, so he's out.

i juz found out about this project runway philippines edition by mistake. honestly, at first, i was very impressed with this eli guy, especially about his comment on aries and bj being in the show, not giving "unknowns" the opportunity to be in the spotlight for a change. then as i watch further eps, he in turn, turned out to be the kind of person who should not have been in the show in first place. "I'm here to have fun..."? what was that? i dont think his mom is too proud of him right now

Although I can't stand him, I have to say Eli has made the show rather more interesting from the drama-angle. I also agree kind w/him that he should not have won the wedding gown challenge, on which he put so little effort, and it does make the judges look a little suspect. Wouldn't it be ironic if he kept trying to get eliminated but kept winning? I fear it may happen again.

The "wives" chosen to model the creations for this challenge are not "typical" Filipino housewives. Mga mukhang mayayaman at may "breeding". Besides, hindi pare-pareho ang sizes at mga edad. A designer paired with a more mature wife-model is given an extra layer of challenge. Mas problemado pa kung plus size yung "model". I think this challenge does not give the designers equal footing.
