Clinch-distance body punches

The guy seems to have an open hand,

and little bit before the candle he quickly closes it so the figers just wave the light off.

It is a trick. Why doesn´t

he show just the punches without this

candle comedy there.

I try some of these punches, I have basic training knowledge of Karate...they are harder than they seems, they require perfect control of the motion.
