Anybody can rap no matter what color they are as long as they can manage to have a good flow with the beat and can rhyme, even though there are many rap songs I have listened to over the past 20 or so years that don't rhyme. There are tons of amazing non-black rappers both past and present in the world. You should research them and have a listen.
