How dare u compare Bobby Brown to Omarian! Bobby Browns "don't be Cruel" cd sold 15 million copies! Thats, more than, Omarion,Chris Brown, B2k, TreySongs, Bobby V and Neo put together! Not counting all the classic work he did with New Edition! Bobby was The usher of his Time! Well, record sales were different back then. First off, "Don't Be Cruel" was Bobby's only truly successful CD. Everything else basically flopped. Usher and Chris Brown were the biggest male stars of their respective time. Bobby was not. MJ was the main man back then. Bobby was one of many in Mike's shadow. I'm not trying to say Bobby wasn't a hitman for a minute. But he was nowhere near MJ/Prince. That's just the truth.

Bobby Brown was more near Michael jackson than Prince was. The prime Bobby Brown would've smoke Chris Brown and Usher. To me Prince songs is so overrated compare to Bobby brown's.

I dont think his other CD's were flops, though. Done Be Cruel sold 8 million, and the follow up Bobby sold 3 mill, far from a flop.

Bobby was the Omarion of his day. He was good but he came about in a time where other people were just better(MJ/Prince --> Chris Brown/Neyo/JT). His career was only ever gonna go so far IMO. Drugs or no drugs, he'd still be doing reality shows today. Omarion and B2k will be trying to do reunion shows one day. lol
