thing is, i decided to do it by running into that ptero, and got transported to this level, proper shocked me (I didn't know about Eggipus Rex but i knew bout Hot Coco and how fucking difficult it was)

you don't get platinum relic automatically in NTSC version the platinum time in NTSC version is same as Dino Might (the level where you come from to this level x) )

The only Platinums I can get in this game is Toad Village (of course), Hog Wild, Gone Tomorrow, Eggipus Rex, and Rings of Power. The only golds I can't get in this game are Bye Bye Blimps and Mad Bombers. I was lucky to get a Saphire Relic on those two. Gee, there's a better chance of the sun turning blue, than me getting those two Gold! D:

Gold: Hard, but in reality oscillates between moderate and frustration. Barely possible on some without Crash Dash.

You don't have to get all platinum but all your relics must be at least gold. Even one sapphire is not allowed to get last gem.

I believe it's the only thing that requires gold relics, too. Getting all gold does show that you're not half bad.

Platinum is purely for experts reaching for completeness. Developer's times are just... personal records, just like yours or mine, not really "meant" to be standard times to be beaten.

I somehow, somehow got all platinum... still quite surprised at that. I didn't get a single DT though.

This level was also funny for getting platinum extremely easily. I got 50sec on my first attempt, so I didn't even expect to get sapphire. Even though that record sucked, I was able to get platinum directly. After that, I decided to beat 44.83 which is the platinum requirement on PAL version. I got 44.00. Anyway, Garland, your work have been so long. Thank you uploading helpful videos. I'm going to watch your video of CB4.

Levels 27 and 29 don't have relics because:

- level 27 is the "death route" for Hang'em High (level 7),

where you get the yellow gem.

- level 29 is gem route for Future Frenzy (level 19), which you will need for both gems. First is in the end and second is the box gem.
