And a good remedy, or what i find works is drink one (ONLY ONE!) beer and go lie down with water and try not to move around and close all de curtains!! it has worked for me the whole five times i've gotten a hangover.

I wake up early too. A great tip for curing hungover is to drink a little bit of alcohol, like a beer or two. It works great for abstinence as well, even though the last thing you want is alcohol, I promise it'll work. On time, I drank for two months, and had the worst abstinence, threw up allt the time and couldn't move because I was shaking so much, than I had three beers and BOM, I felt good. The next day I had no abstinence/hungover at all.
