I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is to have two little ones running around and keep up with training and etc, you deserve some sort of award! Also, thanks for all your postings for Little Nine Heaven, its inspirational to see other brothers working hard. Is that Sifu (Lao Tzu) McNeil I hear in the background of the video? Thanks f

thanks. we have three little ones!! and i wish it was lao tzu in the background. unfortunately i am in canada and he is not.
