  • Beautiful song! I've stood on top of High Knob before the tower was burned down, and saw all of the destruction firsthand, so this song hits home even though I'm not from Appalachia. For me it's the West Virginia hills. I've got some good songs about mountaintop removal too, "Galena" and "The Politics" if you ever get a chance to check them out. Thanks so much for posting such a wonderful song for the mountains :)
