Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

This isn't real HIIT. Real HIIT is a 2 to 1 ratio. Like one minute all out sprinting or whatever followed by 30 seconds rest. Also, it looks to me like you should be using it.
Thing about HIIT that many people do not know about is that, due to its high intensity, it's catabolic to muscle development. So if you're bulking, you'd be stupid to do HIIT concurrently. "Steady state low intensity cardio" would be far more suitable because muscle gains aren't reduced.
I'm just saying. Otherwise HIIT is great for general stamina and sports like soccer.
Bro, if you are SO interested in fat loss, why do you have at least 7% bodyfat? I never train for fat loss and I have less than 4%. Just saying, maybe you should just train and forget this "for maximum fat loss rhetoric", it's lame.
if u wan better rezults dont listen this fucker dont use mp3 player at all mp3 player is fc your ears first it bad for yourr brane and u make better rezults
@TheSpartanHealth this are just bacis exercises, there are tougher cardio stuff in fotboll. alot of feet movement ply and much toucher interval training than this clip. But sure i guess in wrestling you do toughter training. Cant really compare, wrestlers are beasts!
@sweetkisses4uonly no, 20 minutes hiits per day and eat well.....eating is 80% exercise is 20....wasting ur time if u cant eat well.....5 good meals per day....check out ask scooby forum...good info on that site.
I use many different methods to work out, but, HIIT has to be the most effective for me. I have a hereditary neurological disorder that effects my periphiral nervous system, if I work out every day it just makes my weaker. With the HIIT workout, I train 2-3 times a week for 10-30minutes and definitely see gains in strength, endurance and body composition, and it gives my body time to recover. The biggest benefit for me is I can really challenge myself each time I train, a challenge makes it fun.
HIT, your creating an "after burn".Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). HIT, your HR has been pushed up to a faster rate which means that your lungs find it hard to absorb enough oxygen that the muscles require, you deplete your oxygen stores (myoglobin).HIT, check your HR 1 hour after or depending on intensity of session 2 hours after and your HR is still beating at 90-100BPM for example. your body is now replenishing your lost oxygen stores, burns kcals fast for up to 2 hours after HIT.
HIT, is a great way to get ripped but if you are an unhealthy person i would not reccomend you start with HIT, if you are just starting out in training or have eny health problems like asthma, high blood pressure etc, its a NO NO.
Q: I heard it is not good to run on concrete or asphalt cause the impact is hard on your knees. I noticed you were running on the grass, and wondered if exercising on grass makes any difference on the impact towards your knees? Is it better or about the same?
hiit is better than steady state period. Hiit involves sprinting which puts more stress on your body, and makes it harder for your body to adapt to it, making it more effective... Workout is the stimulus adaptation is the goal.
i agree with you, i do hiit every 2nd day at a ratio of 1-1, 30 second sprint and 30 second rest, and its wayyy harder than steady state and more effective. People who prefer steady-state are too lazy to sprint, and justify it cuz sprinting is hard work but IT IS BETTER Than steady state.

@Veneratio10 That's bullshit. HIIT is NOT catabolic to muscle development. It's actually anabolic. Check up your facts...

How can anyone sprint all out for 60s? It's not possible. Humans can probably sprint a max of 20-30s.
thrillamf 2 years ago
technically ur not suppose to go allout
sniperboy102 2 years ago
Yeah you are. That's the whole point of HIIT. You go all out during the high intensity. Hence "high intensity" not medium high intensity.
lolocaust15 2 years ago 3
well can u sprint for 60 seconds ?

haha this is useless, try running 60 seconds straight at maximum speed and resting 60 seconds, not back and forward.

HIIT does not burn many calories at all. EPOC is nothing. Lyle McDonald discusses all of this.
And NO your body does NOT get used to steady state and burn less
Lely also discusses this.

He would have a better workout by moving the two cones twice the distance apart and actually running rather than sprinting
Aelliotb 2 years ago
That's not new and improved. That's easier than just sprinting straight.

Actually it is true. Your body gets used to steady state cardio and stops burning as many calories as it used to.
