  • This isn't real HIIT. Real HIIT is a 2 to 1 ratio. Like one minute all out sprinting or whatever followed by 30 seconds rest. Also, it looks to me like you should be using it.

  • Wait a minute... Your not david beckham!

  • Thing about HIIT that many people do not know about is that, due to its high intensity, it's catabolic to muscle development. So if you're bulking, you'd be stupid to do HIIT concurrently. "Steady state low intensity cardio" would be far more suitable because muscle gains aren't reduced.

I'm just saying. Otherwise HIIT is great for general stamina and sports like soccer.

  • mate great video n very affective aswell! :)

  • you are so fucking fat bitch.....and ugly

  • I love the way this guy uses beckham's name to get views ..

  • Bro, if you are SO interested in fat loss, why do you have at least 7% bodyfat? I never train for fat loss and I have less than 4%. Just saying, maybe you should just train and forget this "for maximum fat loss rhetoric", it's lame.

  • Wow. In wrestling we do way harder shit than this

  • @TheSpartanHealth this are just bacis exercises, there are tougher cardio stuff in fotboll. alot of feet movement ply and much toucher interval training than this clip. But sure i guess in wrestling you do toughter training. Cant really compare, wrestlers are beasts!

  • this is basic football rutine.........

  • @MrDoriangray85 yeah my teams warm-up is more than that

  • what's the quickest way to lose a big belly? (if you have all day) is it hours of intervals on a treadmill? willing to workout 5-6 hours a day

  • @sweetkisses4uonly no, 20 minutes hiits per day and eat well.....eating is 80% exercise is 20....wasting ur time if u cant eat well.....5 good meals per day....check out ask scooby forum...good info on that site.

  • "...that i'm cranking it to..."

    yes, you went there...

  • your voice is to deep for david beckham lol.

  • I use many different methods to work out, but, HIIT has to be the most effective for me. I have a hereditary neurological disorder that effects my periphiral nervous system, if I work out every day it just makes my weaker. With the HIIT workout, I train 2-3 times a week for 10-30minutes and definitely see gains in strength, endurance and body composition, and it gives my body time to recover. The biggest benefit for me is I can really challenge myself each time I train, a challenge makes it fun.

  • ufc lightweight champion BJ Penn uses this workout

  • Hey! your not David Beckhem.

  • HIT, and HIITare different

  • somebody likes their carbs!?

    Nice vid dude

  • thats horridly slow my man, i do these type of excersizes everyday before futball season it is helpfull the 60 on 60 off thing

  • He's fucking slow lol.

  • you are not supposed to go all out max sprinting for a minte it is 80% of your max.

  • way to throw in that pointless headphone ad douchebag

  • this guy is NOT DAVID BECHKAM, WTF!

  • How can anyone sprint all out for 60s? It's not possible. Humans can probably sprint a max of 20-30s.

  • technically ur not suppose to go allout

  • Yeah you are. That's the whole point of HIIT. You go all out during the high intensity. Hence "high intensity" not medium high intensity.

  • well can u sprint for 60 seconds ?

  • HIT, your creating an "after burn".Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). HIT, your HR has been pushed up to a faster rate which means that your lungs find it hard to absorb enough oxygen that the muscles require, you deplete your oxygen stores (myoglobin).HIT, check your HR 1 hour after or depending on intensity of session 2 hours after and your HR is still beating at 90-100BPM for example. your body is now replenishing your lost oxygen stores, burns kcals fast for up to 2 hours after HIT.

  • HIT, is a great way to get ripped but if you are an unhealthy person i would not reccomend you start with HIT, if you are just starting out in training or have eny health problems like asthma, high blood pressure etc, its a NO NO.

  • @sniperboy102

What? A lot of things are not good for your body, but we all do it.

  • you are karagiozis

  • Q: I heard it is not good to run on concrete or asphalt cause the impact is hard on your knees. I noticed you were running on the grass, and wondered if exercising on grass makes any difference on the impact towards your knees? Is it better or about the same?

  • if its hard surface its hard on ur knees which is bad

  • Well that's why you use soft sole shoes.

  • That is the reason why it is mandatory for world cup soccer tournaments are done on grass pitches and not artificial turf!

  • Man, LisaStern26 stop putting comments on these HIIT videos....

You are making yourself look like a complete fool. HIIT is very effective

  • haha this is useless, try running 60 seconds straight at maximum speed and resting 60 seconds, not back and forward.

  • Lisa is a human bot.

  • hiit is better than steady state period. Hiit involves sprinting which puts more stress on your body, and makes it harder for your body to adapt to it, making it more effective... Workout is the stimulus adaptation is the goal.

  • He would have a better workout by moving the two cones twice the distance apart and actually running rather than sprinting

  • That's not new and improved. That's easier than just sprinting straight.

  • Those first four exercises are NOT cardio; they are anaerobic exercises. This guy has absolutely no idea. Tosser.

  • this is very intense i think i would rather do normal cardio, but this might be more effective for weight loss...anyone try this?

  • what a wanker

  • wtf is that LSWEIGHT(.)INFO?

  • HIIT burns more fat that steady state cardio you ignorant.

  • FALSE

  • Actually it is true. Your body gets used to steady state cardio and stops burning as many calories as it used to.

  • i hate ppl who say HIIT dont work, ive been doing it for a month a can honestly say it IS effective.

  • i agree with you, i do hiit every 2nd day at a ratio of 1-1, 30 second sprint and 30 second rest, and its wayyy harder than steady state and more effective. People who prefer steady-state are too lazy to sprint, and justify it cuz sprinting is hard work but IT IS BETTER Than steady state.

  • lOl

  • Is that 10 yards apart or what?

  • Do you do that everyday or do you rest 1 day?

  • I think you do it like 3 or 4 times a week. Every other day
