@ColorfullMeshie When fighting lost number he form changes at 50%, he'll go either physical or magical based on the damage type used most against him. If you're trying to get Vincent on your first visit there make sure to not let LN go physical he'll wreck you end. of. story. so make him magic based where he'll just spam magic. Much easier than getting hit with 800+ melee swing's >_>

@ColorfullMeshie oh no the 30's will be just fine. I beat him with an average party level of 27ish all the time. just make sure you keep up the healing cause even though he isnt destroying you with his physical swing's his magic still kind of hurt's. He has lower physical defense while magic based "His body turns fully purple for magic i think" So save your limit break's for when he change's color. You should be able to win fairly easily.

even though he was made by science we all damn well know he's a freaking vampire...the cape, the dark brooding and quiet nature....but u know what makes me reallyyyy kickass....he doesn't sparkle in the sun!!!

@VictorVonFox I never really thought of him as a vampire. Idk didnt fit, I liked his stoic attitude. He's the type of character who doesnt say anything unless it's either important or relevant. I kinda feel bad for him though, due to Chaos being merged with his body and all of his beast form's Vincent will live forever. Nanaki is over 100 year's old i think, and only a teenager in human year's, Vincent will live past even him. Immortality has to suck.

@TifaLochrt Ever watch the show 'The Event?' the aliens on this show live more than 500 years and were acclimated inton human society (in the show for about 70+ years.) but you also see them go through similar situations of seeing the ones they love (Humans.) pass on and they still live on. they may not be immortal or as bad-assed as Vincent. But hell... Living longer than your average everyday human being... that is also a curse.. wouldn't be able to handle it.

You can take Vincent up the river to the pool above the waterfall near Nibelheim on disc three and collect Vincent's final limit break Death Penalty. I never knew this!!! I never ventured there on Disc 3! But then I never had Vincent in my crew, I preferred Red 13 and Barret to accompany Cloud. But would liked to have known, I collected just about everything!!

This song creeps me out, especially since it does not change when you battle with that weird two-headed "yin and yang" thing. The song together with a mutated humanoid monster just makes it feel like a scene of utter despair.

@nbts5n2 ?? yes you do need a PS1 memory card, because you can't save PS1 data on PS2 memory cards, only transfer it for 'storage'. In fact the back of the manual for FF7 DARES you to try completeing the game without a memory card!

@nbts5n2 lol you're going to HAVE to save. Guy specifically asked if he could play it on a PS2 if he had a PS1 memory card and FF7. Now it's true, you can start up FF7 without a memory card, but then, if you don't intend to get a reasonable amount of distance long enough to save, then you're only really TRYING the game out. I'm sure it'd be insane for him to leave his PS2 on for that long.

And....what happens if he dies? Just once, and guess what? He can't reload his game a save point.

@gutturaldissonance Probably because it's such a classic that people expect perfection when they play it. But it isn't perfect, it is a flawed game, with a slightly subpar translation, with some dated mechanics. But it's still an absolute masterpiece. Some things are dated, but the game overall still plays really well, and though you could pick small holes in it, the storyline is overall pretty incredible, involving a very outspoken kind of social commentary not common in gaming.

The room before you get to the room where you can go to the library or to Vincent, it lies a skeleton head and a bone next to each other. That skull looks like Jesse....
