The point im making is that there isn't any evidence to suggest that they have the world's best pilots. Many countries have flight hours competitive with the USA, a large budget does not neccessarily suggest they fly more. Do your research in that regard, and check out foreign exercises - the US certainly doesn't come out on top every time.
