Someone asked me in the hospital was I just praying to God because of what happened to my daughter. MY response was.I knew God before my daughter was born. On 9/21/2008 my only child Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding. Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her. I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power You gave Moses I ask You to close my daughter's lungs like You did to the red sea. Incredile song. One of my all time favorites. I suffer a lot of health problems from something rare called Cowden Syndrome and have had cancer at ages 9, 15, and 31 (I'm 33 now). This past May I found out I'm going to lose the only best friend I have (besides my Jesus of course). The one person always there--my mom has stage IV colon cancer. This song makes me know it will be ok even though it feels like my world is falling apart.

Though we do not associate anything that is happening to God. It is just our own actions and consequences. God is imaginary and I do not consider it necessary to do good/evil things solely for this concept.
If you feel empowered for 'him' then good for you. I prefer to stay sober instead of being drunk all the time.

I praise God for writing this song for my wife and I through Josh Wilson! 1yr ago I walked through the valley of the shadow of death. This song would bring us to tears. Tears of HOPE, knowing that God was going to deliver my. 4 brothers no match, many from church were tested, 1 25yr old was chosen, 3 days away from surgery he was rejected, as i lay in intensive care, a stranger came forward, he was a match, my brother was used in a swap.

I love God so much.!! I had made alot of mistakes in my life. I wish my life is better and so much easier for me.. And my dad is dead.. I never knew him.. When I was 5 yrs old, I cryed everyday cause I always wanted to meet him.. He died when I was 8. I couldn't hang on much lonqer.!! I was about to kill myself.. Then when I heard this sonq.. This song is keeping me going, my best friend of 6 years thought i was lying to her and i posted on facebook that our friendship might be ending and now she is calling me very heartful this and saying she is going to make my life a living hell, :'( that is on top of many horrible family problems that have been going on since i was born. Daddy passed suddenly in 1971 twenty years full time Air Force left behind my mom widowed at 38 with five daughters ages 6 to 18 Mom did not have any income them did get dad's retirement...blessings this pain faded to JOY knowing that we will see dad again cause we are all believers in Jesus Christ...I would tell mom please do not go to heaven until Jesus comes back will Jesus came and got her 2010 Blessed those who mourn they WILL be comforted Jesus said so!

Someone asked me in the hospital was I just praying to God because of what happened to my daughter. MY response was.I knew God before my daughter was born. I knew who to talk to.And that was the Almighty God. My daughter also flat line 8 times and was suppose to be brain dead. Drs call it miraculous. I say b/c I dared to believe God I received.

On 9/21/2008 my only child Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding. Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her. I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power You gave Moses I ask You to close my daughter's lungs like You did to the red sea. I had a scripture in every IV bottle.

Incredile song. One of my all time favorites. I suffer a lot of health problems from something rare called Cowden Syndrome and have had cancer at ages 9, 15, and 31 (I'm 33 now). This past May I found out I'm going to lose the only best friend I have (besides my Jesus of course). The one person always there--my mom has stage IV colon cancer. This song makes me know it will be ok even though it feels like my world is falling apart.

Enjoyed the song, even as an atheist.
Though we do not associate anything that is happening to God. It is just our own actions and consequences. God is imaginary and I do not consider it necessary to do good/evil things solely for this concept.
If you feel empowered for 'him' then good for you. I prefer to stay sober instead of being drunk all the time.

i find it very interesting how some of the conncepts in this song are so similar to my understanding of yin yang. how there must be hurt before healing, dawn before morning. how fascinating. i dont mean any offense to anyone and their beliefs and besides yin yang is only my term for that concept and perspective. you could just call it interdependence of opposites and contrasting things. but wow, the wisdom of this song amazes me and how so many people have so much wisdom. it astounds me

I just discovered this song and it it really speaks to me. I am a breast cancer survivor and have overcome depression and divorce... It just seems that satan never rests, he's roaming the earth seeking who he can devour. It is a battle everyday. But I have been on the mountain top after being in the valley and I know that I am a child of king and satan is defeated. please pray that i stay strong for whatever he throws my way!!
