  • 61 seconds LOL

  • I wach my do that in 2hr

  • One person can't do this in 60 MINUTES.

  • That tyre is obviously knacked for you to get that much bead on in the first hit with knees! try it with a new michelin and a decent mouse, that'll be a different story!

    good method tho.

  • utter bullshit no way can u push the bottom bead onto the rim with a brand new mousse no way u didnt use any lubrication sorry but its utter bullcrap

  • @MrHuddy94 , the tyre and mousse are well lubricated and if you get the first part of the bead right under tyre lock and into the wheel well, it will go straight on. I have seen many enduro riders do it that way in the park ferme thats how I started doing it that way. Hope this helps. Dont judge other peoples ability on your lack of it.

  • Awsome! First time I tried, I lost some skin a front tooth, and a couple of friends .

  • @gavins125 yeh thx lol i looked it up they are like 125 bux! i never have problems with normal tubes tho so that sounds like a lil waste of money

  • @gavins125 whats that

  • where was your inntertube? inside the tire alrdy halfway inflated?

  • After seeing it 3 times already, i am still trying to figure what he really changed. He takes the tyre out, flips it, and puts it back in. The same tyre, the same tube... what was the point of this?

  • do u have a website with that changer on it???

  • Smiddytheman again, tyre changer looks good, but still can't believe its that easy. I do around 300 MX tyres on a good year all fitted by hand by me mostly at the track on my own designed and built 'changer', and mostly with heavy duty tubes, some double tubed. I usually fit around 40 mousse in this lot, but 19", 100s, or 110s, not the easier 18" 'truck' type tyres. Can you show how long it takes to do a 19" x 100 MX tyre, that's been on for a full days MX, and has a gripper fitted. Good show

  • But But where is your lock tire ???? huh ????

  • sigh. rookies these days! the dolt put the same damn tire back on there. all the talk about mousses and deserts is making me hungry.

  • all i can say is DAMN that was fast!!

  • u frogot the tube fyi

  • goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood

  • Have been using the scorpion tyre changer for 2 years now, having previously used 3 other types of tyre changers and can definetly say that it's the best around. Tyre levers flying accros the workshop and sweeting and swearing at the mousse is no longer an usue!! Would reccomend it to anyone.

  • thanks a lot

  • @marcrowlands How are those mousse foam tire tubes? I was wondering how long they last

  • I am no stranger to mousse changing, and yes you do it quickly, just wondering have you ever tried it with a Michelin desert and a factory desert mousse??? We were prepping for Dakar on the weekend fitting fresh mousses and tyres to new rims. The major problem is, not only can you not break the bead (obviously) but for Dakar if you even pinch the mousse it will disintegrate in no time due to heat/speed etc. The rider reckons it a good way to earn a grand, as you can bet a grand you will not cha

  • good morning

I am has the research of your apparatus as the demontage of tyres motorbike. Or can I buy? Thanks for your reponce Hyacinth

  • lol british peoplen and there sidecars lmfao

  • you must work out.....nice guns

  • Mousse ?? whats that

  • @merstrand Hi, If you read my reply from three weeks ago it explains, thanks, marc.

  • @marcrowlands Yep Now i know we call it Foam tires in Denmark

  • @merstrand \

    ha ha ha

  • OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • SUPERMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • WTF!!!!! That KTM has a side car!?!?!?! lol

  • No way or 18" rim and 19" tyre its never that easy...

  • @smiddytheman .It is a 18" tyre with a 140 mousse on a 18" wheel if you go to brittsh enduro championship rounds you can see some of the 45 mousse changers made being used. They might not be quite as fast as that but most will do it under 2 minutes with practice.Edward Jones,Robert Jones,Rheinallt Davies,Tudur Davies,David Lloyd Jones(all brithish championship winnersand 8 sideacar enduro crews all of which swear by them, If its difficult your doing it wrong.

  • wrong, do it like real men do, don't use any tools

  • @amfikz .no man can change a tyre with a MOUSSE inside with no tools. With only a tube sure, but with a mousse its like taking a tyre off with the tube full of air,no way.

  • @marcrowlands i know, it was a joke. Nice tool and good result.

  • @amfikz thanks.

  • Hi msmxgirl,we can ship to you but it will cost £90 on top of the £120 for the mousse changer, thanks, marc.

  • @laxwork ,hi, no it has no tube but it has a bib mousse instead

  • Comment removed

  • @laxwork Hi, A mousse looks like a big foam ring, which acts like a inflated tube, so it is like putting the air in your tube then trying to put the tyre on the wheel except you cant puncture it! The secret is to push the the bead of the tyre into the well opposite which with a tube is easy but with a mousse trying to push the tyre up can be very difficult. This changer makes it easy. washing up liquid also helps a lot on th tyre bead. PS no air is put ino the tyre the mousse does everything.

  • Comment removed

  • @laxwork no we just sell the mousse changer, but almost all enduro racers in this country use mousses we get ours from michelin.

  • that is a great looking stand where do you get one like that?

  • @jm148 Hi, we are the makers and only sellers of the mousse changers you can order one from us depending on where your from.

  • LOL HEy you for got one thing The AIR Lol j/k Man your Fast !! I take it that U change them A lot i did my front tire last week end with no tire tools just the ones i made not trying at all i got it Done in 20 mins lol Im most deff gonna get some Real Tire Changing tools I made a Nice Steel Stand for my Quad Tire Changing now got to DO a little Custom WOrk to Fit the 2 wheeler RIms on there , Then ill Be cookin with Gas lol .. Great Video Man

  • @669Banshee ,thanks, we have to do a lot of tyre changing as the sidecar eats a back tyre in a days enduro riding, thanks for the comment.

  • good job, obviuosly you arent worried about scratching the rims.............?? HA HA.

I cant even change a norma ultra HD tube that quick. Only do it twice a year tho.

  • Comment removed

  • how the FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK can it be so easy when you put it on???? my steel wire inside the tire is so damn tight!!!!!!! must be wrong fuckin set of tire on it!!!!!!!! I have like 30cm left and its hard as hellllllll!!!!!!!!! I just wanna kill someone right now!!!!!

  • if its that difficult your doing it wrong. Study the video and you will see when the tyre becomes tight I push it down into the well opposite and it goes on easy. The tyre has done one day on a sidecar and the mousse is brand new. If the mousse is tight enough to last 12 hours riding on a sidecar witjh only one security bolt its tight enough for any off road bike. make sure you lubricate the bead of the tyre and push the bead into the well of the wheel. let me know how you get on.

  • @ollecarlsson Is not only yours tight!!!! On all my 4 motorbikes either to my bicycles is tight. I need more time to remove the kevlar soft tire of my bicycle rim than him! Also I use lot of soap! Of course I do not want to damaged my 120 euro rim of my bicycle, or from my motorbikes, but he not care.....

  • wheres the tube buddy

  • Comment removed

  • ahhhh, I do that with my fingers for fun. I'm assuming this is patented.....

  • @IExposeMormonism Ha ha,I would like to see a video of that! and you assumed correctly. Thanks,Marc.

  • @MrGto19

Hi, we could ship one no problem to you but it would cost around £95 on top of the £120 for the mousse changer.thanks for the comments.

  • awesome, don't know nothing about changing a tyre, but that was fast :-D

  • There is no tube there is a mousse in the tyre instead.

  • @marcrowlands ITS INSIDE THE TYRE.. YOU CAN SEE IT AT THE 17SEC MARK !

  • wheres the tub

  • it's a mousse so there is no tube... the description says so

  • Thats a quick R & R tyre change but didnt see him change the mousse or tyre

  • Very fast!

  • we have a similar product to yours.. and it helps alot.. but we made it to our waist.. so we dont have to be on your knees :D .. cool!!

  • Cool, very very cool

  • Awsome saw your stand at the Natterjack british round but didn't really take much notice and wasn't really interested unless i could see 1 in use,but that videos got me very interested. expect an email from me soon

  • ummm but if it's mousse, you should not get a flat, right ??? and if you spend that much money and are worried that much about quick pits, have a spare ready... or just run tireballs lol

  • The mousse shouldnt need changing, but in the enduro world all serious racers change their TYRES at the end of the first day ready for the second and have to do it in a fifteen minute time restriction along with all other work on the bike. All the work has to be done by the rider alone with no help and wheels are paint marked to prevent them being changed. Tyre changing is considered part of the sport.

  • get your partner to help, you race sidecar.... lol

  • Wow, takes me about 15 minutes - with a mousse changing thing and five levers ! That must be a soft tyre - I cant even push a lever under the bead without breaking it off rim with mousse tool lever (not as flash as your one though!). And the bit with knees - ouch- no way !

  • Nice job!!!!!!!!! its pretty hard to change tyres without proper tools :D

  • fair play thats quick..

  • your serious it takes me about an hour with the leavers im gunna buy 1 of dem

  • great job where can i get one of those tyre changers

  • You can order one from me provided you live in the uk.they are £120 including delivery. If your interested you can e mail me on the address in the information column.thanks for the interest.

  • Tyre changer looks amazing.

    Will you ship internationally?

  • what brand of levers are you using there?

  • they are buzzeti tyre levers to which I welded some tube to create handles to make them easier to push in

  • you should make this device COPYRIGHTED b4 anyone of the big boys gets the ieda

  • the arm mechanism and the moveable pin are registered in our name, Thnks.

  • i've emailed you for buying one of these tyre changers

  • What about the tube......DOH!

  • there is no tube its a mousse instead

  • who going to lug that into the bush ;) looks damn handy tho
