They were gonna really try it, then they measured her hips and figured the angle of her body going through the hoop. This is impossible on the first try (which is what they are trying to show here, that they just happened to talk about it and threw her and she did it perfect on the first try) Think about it LOL

It is really easy to make a video like this, it's NO problem at all. Put the basket in front of the basket so that she does the tuck right in front of it. They are in blades, and watch closely where they are and where the net is. There is NO WAY she would have gotten through that basket.
