@lilcoco770007 A lot of GTA players argue about who is powerful. Actually, Niko Bellic kilked 50 people, most in the series. Tommy is 2nd and he used a chainsaw to kill a man with diplomatic immunity and he killed 11 gangsters like St Valentines Massacre in Harwood, maybe with a melee cause he is called The Harwood Butcher and he killed LC's most powerful mafia boss Sonny Forelli and all the hitmen he bring.

There were no follow up stories for San Andreas. Maybe Rockstar is feared of the out come of the Hot Coffee situation that kept them for doing a second story.

I think they shouldn't be afraid to produce another SA game after GTA IV. They went all out on that series (past hot coffee). So, I started to make my own storyline using San Andreas characters and the locations embracing the continuation of a inspiring protagonist character Carl Johnson.
