actually the goodbye kate thing was cause kate died same with jenny although i havent gotten to that part yet and there was a time when they did think tony died. although they got that wrong and he was alive. the goodbye to gibbs was cause he left the show for a little while. although he came back. and the goodbye ncis is probably a prelude to when ncis does end
