This video was not created under the game content usage rules. Using glitches or any other ways to "cheat" online is prohibited on Xbox live. I'd take the video down, especially considering that they removed this glitch.
Ya, they patched this, just because Ensemble closed down doesn't mean they don't maintain the game. They already released two DLCs, Robot now looks after Halo Wars because most of Robot is from Ensemble, so they still patch this game.

You use the damn glitch because it's apparently clear that you like to exploit anything you can. Banshee rush. It takes a leader temple in order to start shooting out banshees... it take 3 reactors in order for the unsc to get anti air - CLEARY unbalanced, but of course you would use that to your advantage. @adi1096 then you lucked out... somehow everytime they do their updates, as soon as you win a game, you rank up. I was 150,000 away from my general rank, I played a 10min game and made 3000 points and it clicked, oh yea, this happened the first time they updated the game.
No it only happend after the latest update becuase people were bitching that it was too hard to be a general so they made it so you need less points to be a general and less for every rank. So its the same standerds for everyone its just one general could have 3 million points while another has just 1 million points but all the other ranks are pretty much the same.

Depends on the map, or if your teammate cryo bombs your rectors for you. Some maps have the reactors you can place an infantry unit into to take, but in this video i cryo'd is base for him just for demonstrative purposes.
No you cant it only works on UNSC and you have to have a Cyro Bomb and even if it did work for the temple there are many upgrades and things in the temple but no it doesnt.
Yeah, but it takes more time to save up the money because you have to have 1 reactor to use the cryo bomb, then have enough money to use the cyro (cost 600) then enough money for at least 2-3 reactors to make it worthwhile (cost 1250 - 2250)
So then add the 1250 or 2250 + 600 = 1850 or 2850 just for 2-3 new reactors but you get the money from the reactors so it helps.
I must say though that using the glitch is much better for later game play when you have extra time and resources.
Even if you could there would be little to no point because it would only get you 1 tech level because it only works if the reactor is being built not while it is upgrading.
I doubt it will ever be patched, wanna know why? Alright ill tell you.
Ensemble studios doesn't exist anymore and they are the makers of Halo Wars, i guess it is still possible that it might get patched be the odds are very slim.

This video was not created under the game content usage rules. Using glitches or any other ways to "cheat" online is prohibited on Xbox live. I'd take the video down, especially considering that they removed this glitch.

Ya, they patched this, just because Ensemble closed down doesn't mean they don't maintain the game. They already released two DLCs, Robot now looks after Halo Wars because most of Robot is from Ensemble, so they still patch this game.

+ This glitch is only helpful for late game play because if you get attacked while trying to do this you are f---ed.
Also it wont be ever getting patched since the creators of the game no longer exist. That is the only reason we exploited the glitch. HAHA you got to admit it is pretty funny.

Only people with no lives are a general because that means you play this game every single day like 30 times bc ranks in this game always go up try playing Halo 3 its alot harder to rank up in it in Halo 3 a game where your exp/skill lvl can actually go down! I only use this glitch when I have good ppl on my team and I dont see even if ur teammates carpetbombed him how they could do it so fast it takes like 15 sec in all to recycle them with the glitch and 2 carpet bombs dont take out frozen reactors even if they arent done building

You use the damn glitch because it's apparently clear that you like to exploit anything you can. Banshee rush. It takes a leader temple in order to start shooting out banshees... it take 3 reactors in order for the unsc to get anti air - CLEARY unbalanced, but of course you would use that to your advantage. What's your gamertag?

@adi1096 then you lucked out... somehow everytime they do their updates, as soon as you win a game, you rank up. I was 150,000 away from my general rank, I played a 10min game and made 3000 points and it clicked, oh yea, this happened the first time they updated the game.

No it only happend after the latest update becuase people were bitching that it was too hard to be a general so they made it so you need less points to be a general and less for every rank. So its the same standerds for everyone its just one general could have 3 million points while another has just 1 million points but all the other ranks are pretty much the same.

Depends on the map, or if your teammate cryo bombs your rectors for you. Some maps have the reactors you can place an infantry unit into to take, but in this video i cryo'd is base for him just for demonstrative purposes.

No you cant it only works on UNSC and you have to have a Cyro Bomb and even if it did work for the temple there are many upgrades and things in the temple but no it doesnt.

Yeah, but it takes more time to save up the money because you have to have 1 reactor to use the cryo bomb, then have enough money to use the cyro (cost 600) then enough money for at least 2-3 reactors to make it worthwhile (cost 1250 - 2250)
So then add the 1250 or 2250 + 600 = 1850 or 2850 just for 2-3 new reactors but you get the money from the reactors so it helps.
I must say though that using the glitch is much better for later game play when you have extra time and resources.
