  • Q What was the pharmacist thinking dispensing that much drugs?

A It came out in court that Dr. Murray lied to the pharmacist. Dr. Murray told the pharmacist that he was ordering the propofol for his medical clinic, not for one patient.

  • wish i had a doctor who would give me this many drugs......

  • even if dr murray had installed all the standard oxygen and ecg and co2 monitors, and was alerted when something went wrong, dr murray was alone and would have very difficult time to give meds and support the airway and give cpr all by himself.in an ot setting or icu setting, if patient crashes, there would be a whole team to assist you within a minute.

  • Grab the audio from this video at tubepull doht cohm.

  • People keep calling it Diprivan! it's called propofol but Diprivan is just 1 of it's trade/brand names. In America you lot use brand names where as in UK we use generic names but the medication may still be under a brand such as im on diazepam but Americans would call it valium. It's no big deal cos they are the same thing but it's expensive prescribing by brand names versus generic. Enough said!

  • @Matt111333 ofcourse he waited 3 mintues, he did not want to be held responsible for Michaels death, even though he was. he was probably hoping to revive him or cover up the fact that he was responsible, then when he realized the guy was dead and that was the end of story, he gave in.

  • It seems like everyone is missing the BIG question. Irregardless of MJ's medicine that he was currently taking and even the effects of mixing these medications.....the BIG question is this...How did MJ breathe while on Propofol? Is it even possible? I thought that the patient had to have artificial respiration during Propofol usage (also, I've know people to be "induced" with Propofol for extended periods of time and it didn't matter what other medicine the person had in their system??

    LOVE,

    C.

  • Basic question to anyone trained in this field. How did MJ breathe if he were given Propofol? Isn't that impossible without assistance if one is having Propofol administered to their body?

    Thank you and Much Love,

    Chris in Indy

  • @chrisandalec Good question, I was wondering that too. I thought when it is administered in a hospital setting, the patient always has respiratory support.

    Does anyone know?

  • why? in the earth would murray give him that many drugs?

  • Strictly because... "Dr." Murray had NOOOOOO Freaking idea WHAT he was doing... That's ONLY after you get by the fact that Propofol should NOT be used in anything less than a safe and appropriate clinical environment where complete monitoring and resuscitation equipment and personnel are immediately available.

  • I think that the work you have done here is great and admire you for it. However, I disagree with you on one point -- I believe that Dr. Murray knew EXACTLY what he was doing the entire time.

  • @johnrussellCD5 That man knew exactly what he was doing. Micheal knew this thing could potentially kill him. He went to a black doctor because he knew no white doctor would do it for no amount of money. But take someone from the black community and offer him alot of money and beg him to do it for "Micheal Jackson" and consider it done. They both knew. We all know that doctor has deep deep regret now.

  • They said today propofol was the LAST injection. If not?

The doctor is the witness ...

  • There is NO WAY IN HELL this "Dr" didn't know as a heart doctor the potential risk of death which is very high when not administered with an anesthesioligist and constant O2 and heart monitors on an individual. This is a drug which only lasts about 30 minutes therefor to use it for sleep is BS because it would have to be re-administered constantly via IVP (IV push ONLY). This Dr was GROSSLY NEGLIGANT AND NEEDS TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. He is a drug Dr here in Houston

  • I bet that the Dr. had it running on an IV DRIP... continuously throught IV tubing...tha tis the only way it could keep Michael under and also build up to toxic levels. Poor Michael!

  • It's not plausible at all ... !

Was the doctor under pressure? Drunk? Or simply had no experiences - he is NOT looking like a student ...

Why did he select THIS drug?

    Anyway: The doctor IS RESPONSIBLE.

On the other side the artist in an Investition, not a normal patient. Strange.

  • The authorities found over a dozen oxygen tanks. That quack had no nurse or did not monitor through the night himself the drug profanol he gave him---making the drug, the fatal dose. That doctor is going to do alot of time & I hope the Jackson family can use the tragedy of their son's life to prevent this from happening to others--the abuse of profanol & other drugs.

  • AGREED! J R MS/ARNP

  • MJ didn't stand a chance, he had a negligent and greedy doctor by his side and I believe by the time an ambulance got there there was nothing anyone could do to for him anymore. R.I.P Michael and thank you Michael for the music no one will ever do it like you did.

  • That is precisely what I have been saying! Thank you very much! J R MS/ARNP

  • youtube the michael jackson cover up

  • that doctor murdered Michael. Giving general anesthesia to a patient outside the ER/OR where there is no proper medical equipment to monitor him is definitely murder. I don't care how hooked MJ was on drugs but the doctor knew exactly what was gonna happen and when it happened he tried to cover his ass.

  • He did NOT purposely try to kill MJ... It is purely a massive breach of Professional Medical Ethics, Laziness, Lack of Experience with WHAT he was attempting to do... GREED and INCOMPETENCE! In a court of law Dr. M. WILL Be Judged COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE BY ANY MEASURE OF LEGAL OR MEDICAL ETHICS... FOR THE CONSEQUENCES EMINENTLY PREDICTABLE, THAT IN THE END RESULTED... in the untimely demise of Michael Jackson John Russell, MS/ARNP

  • An MD (especially a cardiologist) giving him this medication without monitoring, overdosing him, then, waiting about a half hour to call 911, and "attempting" CPR on a soft bed indicates, to me, that it was intentional -- that he wanted to be certain MJ was dead before he called outside assistance. Let's stop defending and protecting this obvious guilty person.

  • Your exactly right. I am administered Diprovan during my steroid shots for my back and it only last about 30 minutes; so I asked my Dr. last month why the HELL it would be used for an entire nights sleep? She said "It wouldn't that the Dr. would have to continually re-administer it via IVP (IV push) constantly throughout the night also there would need to be heart moniters as well as O2 moniters" she stated any Dr. using it in a home enviroment KNOWS it very likely ends in death without that.

  • Nurse Cherylin Lee said she had never heard of Diprivan and had to call and ask a doctor what it was. But she also said she had worked as an ER nurse. Is she telling the truth? Is it possible for a nurse, especially an ER nurse, not to know what Diprivan is?

  • According to the reports that I heard, she did some nutrition consulting thing... She was herself, was a patient in the ER in a hospital St. Petersburg Fla. when MJ tried to call her several days before for assistance... according to Ms. Lee.

Any RN that works in an ER will know what Diprivan is. I do not believe that she worked in critical care areas. I do see her as credible. John R.

  • There's only one interview where she definitely says she had worked in the ER, not just been admitted to the ER. Maybe I can find it and send it to you. Thanks for explaining that.

  • The "evidence" is beginning to declare itself. There were but two scenarios possible... 1 Jackson's friends at the house got scared while (they) were giving MJ propofol IV... and then called Dr Murrray instead of EMS because "they" were doing something illegal.... Or 2 Dr Murray was infusing Propofol drip, failed to monitor MJ properly while committing a crime... found MJ DRT (Dead Right There, delayed calling EMS while disposing of evidence, then, called EMS. The later appears 2B The Truth!

  • As I suspected right off the bat! JR

  • Associated Press and TMZ report that Dr Murray did give the fatal dose of propofol/Diprivan to MJ. Allegedly, a law enforcement souce told them Murray admitted giving the propofol to MJ two days after he died.

  • orque no lo escriben en castellano tambien, gracias

  • I saw on the news that the house had no phone (landline). So when the Dr. found him, he started CPR, then had to run all the way downstairs to the kitchen (guess he didn't have his cell on him) to tell a security guy to call 911...this is all just too much for me. I am still heartbroken...

  • No, not exactly the case... The "Dr." who was in my opinion supposed to be MONITORING MJ as he "slept" under ILLEGALLY ADMINISTERED GENERAL ANESTHESIA via Diprivan Drip himself FELL ASLEEP on "the job" found MJ DRT (Dead Right There) and tried to CLEAN UP THE EVIDENCE (Diprivan Bottles, IV tubing, IV Pump, Did he have a Cardiac Monitor, SPO2,etc.?) Then dialed EMS/911! That's WHY MJ was COLD/LIFELESS when EMS arrived! NoCell?? Just my Opinion... J Russell, MS/ARNP (25 yrs in Critical Care!)

  • Cheri Lynn Lee RN has integrity. The physician s who ADMINISTERED the Diprivan drip to MJ WITHOUT taking the precaution of monitoring him w/ EKG, Oxygen saturation, Blood Pressure should be LOCKED UP just like the Drug Dealer/Pusher Man that HE MOST ASSUREDLY IS! J R
