everyone cant be a leader...i envy people who can speak with such confidence.. I am an engineer, neither leader, nor a salesman, i make safe designs that work. i am not selling nor leading, my company takes what i deliver. for getting to management posigions i would need those skills...i hate this ....10 years of university study seem to have no value in front of communications skills....even though the world is run by people people who work, and visible are those who talk.
