why are you doing this India? Build India for and by the Indian people. Foreign retail giants are a bad idea. Dont shoot yourselves in the foot. Go and ask WalMart workers in America how "great" WalMart is, as well as the local businesse that are obliterated by the WalMart machine, only for them to turn around and give money to stupid politicians who then outlaw unions and labor regulations.
