it's like with any sport, it is all well and good doing all the trick shots, but playing in a match is so much different to just mucking about with your mates. there's the added pressure, possible injuries, more people watching you, everything is done a little bit faster, more to think about etc. Some say it does not make a difference but it does. It is very impressive though
