  • DON'T BUY TOUR SKATES youtube.com/watch?v=K0tyA0EstEc

  • Hi IW, thinking of getting either Tour Thor EX1 or Mission Boss SE. which one do you think is better? If I am size 8.5-9 on shoe size, what would be my skate size for Tour and Mission respectively?

    Thanks

  • @indopoptart I really like the EX1. Tour's usually fit my foot great. Your Tour size would be a 7.5-8 and your Mission size would be a 7-7.5.

  • These are the best pair of skates i've ever owned, and the wheels in terms of both durability and grip are also the best i have ever had the privilege of using, all a little pricey though!

  • how much would the skates be?

  • @ElloImPie All prices are listed on our site but the Thor EX1 is currently $549.99.

  • @icehockeywarehouse thank you.

  • I wear a vapor 8.5 we, what would be a similar size in tour skates ?

  • @chetdenim Probably a 9 then in Tour.

  • when will u guys have the Tour Thor BX Pros

  • @WildonesHacks1 We actually have the Thor BX in stock, they are currently getting pictured though. Should be on the site in the next week.

  • Hey Tyson,

Are those wheels made for indoor and out door?

  • @99pittsburghpenguins The wheels are designed more for indoor use. I think you could use them on a smooth outdoor rink if you weigh between 130 and 155 lbs.

  • @icehockeywarehouse

    HI Matt!

Which problems could I have using these wheels on an outdoor rink or even on asphalt? I weigh 199 Lbs

    thanks!

    Filippo from Italy

  • @FiloG1987 They will chunk up and break fairly quick on that type of surface.

  • @icehockeywarehouse you suggest me to order the Labeda Asphalt wheels that can be used with micro bearings or the standard Labeda Asphalt in order to use this additional set of wheels with the (extra) standard bearings provided with the skates? Could it be useful to preserve a little more the microbearings? Of course I would order them from inlinewarehouse :)

    Thank you again!

  • @FiloG1987 Yeah that might now be a bad idea. Just depends on how well you stay on top of cleaning your bearings.

  • your my boy tyson!

  • I was wondering what is your opinion on the tour code 1, I have been looking into them and I don't see a video on them

  • hey IW im a larger player at 6'4" and 230lbs and a very hard and agressive play and have been looking into the ex1 an zx9 now im wondering on the durability on tour as far as the boots breaking since that has been my prior/current prob ...what would you suggest ...thanks

  • @rvierregger I would probably go with the EX1 because you will be getting a stiffer boot, which should hold up better.

  • @icehockeywaehouse if you are 11 years old are the wheels good for stopping on the tour tour ex1?

  • @MRTUFFGUY666 Yes, the Addiction wheels are probably the best wheels on the market right now.

  • Hi I cant decide between the Tour Thor EX1 & the Mission Axiom T9.I have used an Old pair of CCM'S for years now but want to get the best Inline hockey skate I can . Could you tell me of any massive differences between the two and in your opinion which is the better skate??

    Much appreciated

  • @Ozziology Both are great skates. There certainly are differences, but nothing that makes me say one is that much better than the other. The Thor skates do have the Addiction wheels on them, which are pretty much the best wheels on the market (in my opinion). Personally I would probably go with the Thor because Tour skates run a bit wider than Mission, so the usually fit me better.

  • @icehockeywarehouse Thankyou. I was hoping you would say that. One more thing, do you know how often Tour bring out a new hockey skate? and when they might be likely to do so?? Just wondering if its worth waiting to see what they have up their sleeve before forking out?. Thanks again

  • @Ozziology Tour is actually one of the harder brands to know when exactly they will be coming out with a new line. They updated their line this year so I think it will be a little while before they do it again, but don't know for sure.

  • @Ozziology My friend has axioms and the wheels on them are outdoror wheels so if you like beign outside use them unless you can get new wheels

  • tyson i am caught between the EX 1's and the RBK 10k's. ive tried both of them on and they fit about the same. which do you recommend for the most speed or which is your personal preference?

  • @1661aaron Personal preference I would probably go with the 10K skates. But if speed is the most important thing I would probably recommend the Tours because of the hum'er frame.
