And if I had to choose one of the two to be an every-down back, I'd probably pick Bush.

I just watched an Adrian Peterson highlight reel, so this only seems... less than. Oh and he's a bust. Did anyone else notice, as soon as the Saints started making him less involved in the offense, the team got much better? He's not a game changer, he's not someone to rely on. reggie might not be one of the best running backs on paper but hes got a lot of talant. i think hes better off at kick off/punt returner then a HB. but an exciting player to watch.

If Reggie Bush was released from the Saints, almost every team in the NFL would be trying to sign a deal with him. If he got more touches a game, he'd be better than Chris Johnson. I wish he would be a starter for a team, he'd make CJ, DS, and all the other over-rated backs look like jokes. RB (both Reggie Bush and running back), would surely be a top 7 running back in the league.

If he got more touches then he would get hurt. He's too small to be a running back. 6'0 - 200lbs. He's not a every down back and everybody in the NFL is faster then he is. And no he wouldn't be better then CJ. Chris Johnson is insane. He AVG more yds per carry then Reggie Bush.

Yeah his speed actually works well in games. He's got that 4.24 speed. The motherfucker is fast and his running style is a lot better then Bush's. Reggie Bush is a bust and is only good in the return game.

Why do you guys just say if he got more touches then he would be better than Johnson when you have nothign to support this statement. He doesn'e even have a decent average with the few carries he does get, and prior to this season the Saints were trying their hardest to give him carries and make him see as if he was valuable to the team. The guy is just average, not top ten RB material..........

if the kept running the ball with reggie im pretty sure he can get over 100 yards...i mean its just consistancy..ap gets alot of carries and on some of those carries he losses yards and maybe even fumbles..but that doesnt take away from what the man can do...saints need to let bush get a feel for it and he'l produce...GO SAINTS WHO DAT LOL

exactly, Peterson gets hella touches...no wonder he stunts on defenses...lol... naw but seriously Reggie, like a lot of other backs can produce if he gets the ball, but unlike other backs he produce in so many versatile ways..For example the game against the bills this season...reggie had around 60 something yards into the third quarter...then they break out thomas and he goes wild....BECAUSE HE GOT CONSISTENT TOUCHES. reggie would have had 100 yards without a doubt..its unfair to his career.

It's not that he doesnt make it happen...it's just that he does not get the touches.....If you give bush 25 touches I assure you that he can make it happen...maybe not 100 rushing yards a game, but 40 rushing 60 receiving + punt returns... at least 2td's a game. thats making it happen. He is not used right, put him on the patriots and watch the results.

I just watched an Adrian Peterson highlight reel, so this only seems... less than. Oh and he's a bust. Did anyone else notice, as soon as the Saints started making him less involved in the offense, the team got much better? He's not a game changer, he's not someone to rely on. He's just a SLIGHTLY better than average player.
