forgot what bounty hunter i have, but it shows how deep and came with a smaller coil too for gold and compared to my new White GMT its better at filtering gold with other metals if the gold coil is on. but its not this model. I really am disappointed with my white gmt, gmt picks up stuff it shouldnt pic up when looking for gold. so price doesnt mean anything, friend of mine has a high end minelab and still i can find what ever that finds with the small coil Bounty hunter, sad but true.
Hi sounds silly but have you left the headphone jack in, i mean the little adaptor that allows the headphone lead to fit into the detector control panel.

I have the same metal detector, but it will only make a noise with headphones.
How do you get it to bleep without headphones.
