I respect stallone and everything he does - but really? His injuries seem to be induced from lack of training.

I've taken 6 months of aikido and learned to fall very well. By the end of 6 months I was jumping over 5 foot tall and 3-4 foot wide objects. We practiced things like being hit to the ground and falling and did that regularly.

I'm not trying to say it's easy or that injuries won't happen... but i just think any wise person in the movie action business would get trained regularly

Did you watch the middle? You'll notice the wrestler didn't get hurt at all and he only had two hours too. In fact he was kinda mocking the injuries.
