Have you ever considered using flash? It seems like it would be a hell of a lot easier to animate than WMM. Also, you wouldn't have to worry about lines being bumpy or losing quality since everything is vectored.

my problem is not really animating, but drawing the frame. I don't use WMM since I can't make my animation run at 25 fps with that software. my program is animation shop. about flash, I can't draw with its tool

If you're worried about the lineart being "bumpy," (no idea if you're really worried about that or not,) I have one suggestion. I myself have a ton of trouble with inking clean lines, and it seems like the best thing to do is do every line in a full, confident, unbroken stroke. Don't lift up the pen/stylus midway through a curved line (like in the hair,) but carry the curve all the way through. It can result in a much smoother look. That being said, I love these animations so much! :D

And in your animation, there are problems with the face when you make them turn or head down... like in your saturn henshin or you supreme moon make up. yes ...i color every single frame...i don't understand what you mean when you say that my own style has mistakes...i remeber that every sailor moon' seasons have many different style of drawings...maybe 4 different styles for each season...if you see the 5 season ( sailor star) you'll find a horrible style..for example the episode with the concert of the three lights!

not exactly mistakes (The mistakes are for the images transitions in your animation.) , let's say "differences" . for example, most of the time your faces are longer, and the space beetween the chin and the mouth are longer (compared to the official anime). that's why when i see your art for the first time, I knew you are not someone who traced. And that's what I like!

Sorry for the delay. I had classes. Anyway, I don't think that it needs anymore shading. I guess the only difference between yours and Stefanolattanzio's is that she uses more contrast in her shading than you. Also, some of the lines in the artwork aren't perfectly smooth. Try to compare your work to hers to see the difference. I'm not saying that she does better than you. Yours has abit of that classic old shchool feel to it.

Since it's a animation, I skip lot of details because I would spend too much time for only one frame. stefano colorizes better than me since his animation has lot of freeze picture, I will try to make better drawing when it needs to display longer, like during the stance and static animation ^^
