@motorcyclesrock123 if you can reboot your device without a computer you should not upgrade because you will need to jailbreak again and its tethered that means that you cant start up or reboot your iDevice without having it in a computer and run ibooty

i had the same problem. You can solve it with iRED. You have to download and run iRED, select your device an then restore your device.
