i've seen some pics were they have their birthdates and it has those numbers..

In KHR most of characters have name who pronounce like numbers in old japanese

like for exemple Gokudera: Go = 5 and Ku = 9

It works for most of the characters so most of them have a number^^ (tsuna 27, Hibari 18, Mukuro 69, Byakuran 100...)
