I love how people always show these videos before getting arrest, almost every time you get videos like this, you don't see the beginning where they were probably resisting arrest or don't listening to officers. @wcresponder I've spent years looking for an honest cop, lawyer and judge to help me rid the system of it's vast corruption....sadly it has been an empty search. If you can honestly be of aid in this, I welcome any info or references you have to offer. The couple of lawyers I've spoken to said they would be too afraid for their families to go after cops or politicians for corruption.
It was only a few weeks ago that a person died after being forcibly placed on the ground and restrained surely they would have learned from that but no they have not

AncientClown, I have sympathy for your friend's ordeal, but what you are showing us is by no means police brutality. Police brutality is a very serious word and should not be thrown around lightly. This officer is doing a fine job of apprehending a suspect (non-violent), and your friend is clearly not being cooperative (struggling).
A police officer will not let go of a suspect. He will not listen to their excuses. For this, they come across as rough, but these methods are necessary.

No witnesses on my side, facing cops and crown attorneys with many years experience against a single homelessman. Clear for our experience in Los Angeles, from what we have seen this person is resisting, kicking feet and moving around when cops have them. I am basing my opinion on what i saw with my own eye's. I see 2 men being detained, one is being questioned and the other is being searched. Probably helped that I wasn't an idiot, even when drunk, and just followed orders and didn't get irrate. This video doesn't show what happened prior to this, so it's difficult to know what transpired. What I know, is regardless of race, act like an animal, get treated as one. AncientClown, I have sympathy for your friend's ordeal, but what you are showing us is by no means police brutality. Police brutality is a very serious word and should not be thrown around lightly. This officer is doing a fine job of apprehending a suspect (non-violent), and your friend is clearly not being cooperative (struggling).
A police officer will not let go of a suspect. He will not listen to their excuses. For this, they come across as rough, but these methods are necessary.

In TRUTH, the word "martyr" is actually derived from the Greek meaning; a witness to the TRUTH.
The dictionary doesn't provide the true meaning of a Martyr, but describes instead what society does to them, which is really another word altogether.

I was also smart enough to go back and get copies of the paperwork of my mental assessments which show exceptional clarity and cognitive ability with ZERO hallucinations or delusional thinking. Their attempts to destroy my credibility backfired and actually reinforced it.

Cops, lawyers and judges etc, are ALL guilty of "Conspiracy, after the fact" when they ignore their sworn duties toward truth and justice by refusing to arrest or investigate fellow officers/judges etc, on grounds of corruption and misconduct.

@301gunnar I do know what happened before the tape starts as I filmed it. I also know what was said even though my camera doesn't have sound. If you download and watch in slow-motion you will also CLEARLY see the man is NOT resisting, he is being assaulted.
He has been cuffed, rendered defenseless, slammed face first into the wall and then thrown to the ground when i began filming where the cop can twist his joints and make him move so racist idiots can claim he's resisting.

1. it's impossible to resist arrest, when you are not under arrest.
2. you don't have to answer ANY questions without a lawyer.
3. when a cop touches you without just cause...that is assault.
if i'm wrong, perhaps you could please explain why neither man was charged with ANY crime INCLUDING resisting arrest?

@ancientclown The simple fact that you gave such a detailed description means nothing to me. It is hear say as far as i am concerned because i did not witness the preceeding event's myself. I am basing my opinion on what i saw with my own eye's. I see 2 men being detained, one is being questioned and the other is being searched. Obviously the one on the ground has something to hide and is struggling. At this point the officer may have placed him under arrest verbally but he kept fighting anyway.

I posted these vids, i filmed them and they are completely unedited...I watched man comply with cops orders and allow himself to be cuffed and searched and then watched cop slam him face first into that wall and throw him to the ground when i got my camera out without just cause.

Your inaccurate when saying if he'd only stayed still like the other guy he would have been fine, because I watched him comply fully with officer, allow himself to be searched and cuffed and once rendered defenseless had his face slammed against the wall and was only thrown to the ground and made to look like he was resisting because cops partner warned him i got a camera out.

@ancientclown I'm not a native, but I've been in police custody several times, and y'know what, never got roughed up. Probably helped that I wasn't an idiot, even when drunk, and just followed orders and didn't get irrate. This video doesn't show what happened prior to this, so it's difficult to know what transpired. What I know, is regardless of race, act like an animal, get treated as one. I know racism does exist, but I also believe people lean on that when they are out of options

The police do rough up the crack heads a little in Victoria, but they rarely charge them. they just make them stomp on their pipes and call them names, a couple little kicks and then they turn them loose! 1 - He doesnt need to be read his rights until after he has been arrested.
2 - He can be handcuffed and detained as part of an investigation.
3 - He may not have been resisting arrest, but by resisting detainment, he is obstructing justice.

Cops need to "rely on their training" because half of people, cops are lower than average also,have a double digit IQ. You only get to explain things in court if you are CHARGED with a crime and appear there. He wasn't, therefore no court appearance, no explanation.

thats great if you have this "experience"...but when the officer has him on the ground, there (not saying that before the camera was turned on, he did not do this w/o following procedure) but when searching a person in handcuffs, if on the ground and non-compliant, they need to be flat chest down. this makes escape from arrest more difficult than if he is allowed to position himself how he wants/upright. thats it...i know it seems rough at times, but the officer has to match the aggression

of the detainee....and as for miranda rights, you dont have to be read your rights at any time if the officer is willing to let any information attained pre-rights, be dissmissed...the person detained needs to be mirandized so that the information preeceding can be used legally..

To begin with there is no aggression to match, you can download and watch in SLOW MOTION which will enable you to see the man's movements are "reactionary"...CAUSED by the officers assault.
